The staff was friendly. The check in was quick and efficient. The bed was adjustable. The welcome glass of champagne was a nice touch. The expresso machine in the room did not make a proper cup of expresso. Wireless internet would have been appreciated in the room.

I have stayed at the Ambassador over a half dozen times in the past couple of years. It is my home away from home. The assistant manager, Nelly, knows me by sight. They take care of all my needs, no matter how difficult, on short notice. The price is a bit high.

Very convenient location Easy walk to the lake and shops. Excellent service at reception and in the restaurant. Rooms were immaculately clean with good facilities and choice of bedding ( we needed non- allergenic bedding).

The lakeside location was relaxing and encouraged walking and enjoying the magnificent scenery. Lack of parking and the resultant need to tour the streets seeking a free meter or spare space in a highly competitive section of the city.
