何と言っても、歌劇場至近と言うロケーションが魅力で決めたのだが、受付に自由に飲食出来るリンゴとミネラ- ルウォーターのボトルが置いてあった。部屋はシングルとしては十分のサイズで快適だった。レストランも美味- しかった。 |

The breakfast was superb, the best buffet breakfast I've ever had. We also had dinner at the hotel which was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If we go to Zurcih again would absolutely stay there. |

the electric beds and the proximity of the Opera house we think they could have warned us that the road outside was being dug up and work would begin early in the morning - the noise was horrendous. Not their fault but a warning would have been appreciated. |

Staff was very professional, friendly and helpfull. Provided a lot of good information regarding public transport, places to see and assisted with flight changes etc. Absolutely fantastic! Train station to airport is approximately 5 minutes walk from the hotel. |

I had a quiet and confortable room in the centre of Zurich, which helped me make the most of my trip. The staff was polite and friendly, and helpful when needed(but I expected that at a 4* hotel). There was a tea and coffee machine in the room. I found it very expensive but I think those are the rates in a city like Zurich. The restaurant was very overpriced, especially the champagne-breakfast. I had a look at it but there were only cold dishes, for 28.frs!!!!!!! I always went out for breakfast. |

Een hotel waar men zich 'thuis' voelt. Vriendelijk personeel, goede ligging t.o.v. openbaar vervoer, restaurants in de directe omgeving. Informatie over pendeldienst vliegveld-hotel klopte niet meer. Bus reed niet. Daardoor extra kosten taxi. |

Die Lage, der Stil Bei der Ankunft musste ich die Dame an der Rezeption erst darauf aufmerksam machen, dass wir da sind. Man wird nicht bemerkt! Der PC scheint interessanter zu sein als die Gäste! Die Empfehlung, wo man ausserhalb der normalen Zeiten Essen kann, war mangelhaft. |
