Nothing. My experience is that it is not actually a 4 star hotel but rather a 2 star. poor facilities, entrance to reception is through narrow a street corner with a tiny lift. unexperienced staff. almost no room service. it can be a shocking disappointment for those who came with great expectetations. |

Location and bed Was not a 4 star. Outdated. Had to pick up separate key for room from receptoion area on 2nd floor and then proceed to room. |

hotel confortevole, comodo per visitare a piedi la città, personale attento premuroso e gentile dovrebbe avere una convenzione per i parcheggi (se già esiste andrebbe comunicata) |

Sorry, aber eigentlich nur die Stadt Luzern. Der Lärm rund ums Hotel von abends spät bis morgens früh (0500 Uhr!) war dem Schlaf nicht zuträglich. Das Hotel werde ich nicht mehr buchen. Das war eindeutig zu viel. Der Hinweis der Hotelmitarbeiterin "Es ist halt Weekend" mag nicht zu genügen. |

Solamente la ubicacion del hotel en el centro No deberia ser de 4 estrellas. La regadera no tena agua caliente ni controlador de temperatura, los cuartos eran muy chicos, la secadora de pelo demasiado antigua y no secaba bien. La fachada y entrad al hotel no inspraba nada de confianza |

La gentilezza del personale. La categoria 4 stelle non è sembrata adeguata, riteniamo sia un buon 3 stelle. La nostra camera era sulla strada principale e quindi rumorosa anche di notte. |
