Bei unserem Aufenthalt bei Ihnen hat uns sehr gut gefallen, dass wir uns an Ihrer Espresso Bar kostenlos an frischen Äpfeln, Wasser und Espressos bedienen durften. Eines hat uns weniger gut gefallen, und zwar, dass der Bereich "Restaurant und Rezeption" nicht eindeutig z.Bsp. durch eine Glastüre abgetrennt ist. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Die technischen Einrichtungen unübersichtlich. Zum Service in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse gehörte auch mind. ein offeriertes Wasser oder Obst und eine Tageszeitung. |

Night manager was very friendly. Some of the hotel staff needs to brush up on his and her customer service skills. A couple employees did not meet my needs, seemed to not care about helping me with a problem. |

We had an excellent welcome, the room was was quiet comfortable and clean and were pleased with the Ipod dock built into the alarm/radio. The only thing we were not pleased with and that was having to pay for an internet connection when so many hotels provide a free connection. |
