Location is the secret of this hotel, everywhere is a 5 to 10 min walk from there. Views from room is great (pick a room facing the street or the lake). Starpucks is across the street, many restaurants and coffee shops are pretty close by, shopping areas are surrounding the hotel, Staff are so nice and friendly, rooms and bathrooms are clean. Rooms are small as most of Europe hotels, price is high, but compared to other hotels at the same level within Geneva, it is quite reasonable. Wifi not reaching rooms, u have to go down to the lobby to use it. Pianist at evening is lovely, but considering the small lobby, the sound is a bit high. I had two single beds joint together to form a double bed, which was not comfortable at all.

It is well located, staff are helpful and efficient; Bathroom are very well equipped and I like separation of toilet from the shower. I got a room on the 7th flr facing the river... I like it. The breakfast in the hotel are expensive but all I need is just walk across the street in front of hotel and get my breakfast at Starbuck!! The facility is minimum, and the rate is on high side, but this is Geneva....nothing is cheap here!

Location, the hotel is foot steps from train station, shopping area, business districts, overlooking Lake Geneva .. that facilitates accessibility to Geneva main places of interests. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms need refurbishment but but needs refurbishment. The hotel is suitable for leisure and business travelers.

We loved the location - the proximity to the city centre and the beautiful view. The furniture was a little Liberace, but we liked it! The room was very well equipped (delxe double), comfortable, clean and the staff were polite and spoke english very well. If I have to put my finger on something - I think all hotels in western Europe should have complimentary wifi in every room. (Though we knew this when we made our booking). The room should also have an iron.

Very cosy hotel. Everything is very comfortable. Food at the restorant exellent, Room-service exellent. Hotel is just in the centre of Geneva. Very nice place. I prefer to stay at this hotel while in Geneva. 4 stars but superior. Always a pleasure to be there. Staff, services, everything - very high level.

The Reception employees behaviour was very bad, no kindness for the customer. None of my demands were accomplished: lake view, big bed and other. But the main problem was the lack of respect and professionalism of the Reception staff.
