I liked location of the hotel in the Geneva city center; close to exhibitions and city sightseeing. The hotel was recently refurbished, and now having modern and luxury room & lobby design and equipment. Hotel staff is friendly, but probably a little bit more "official". Parking was ok (arranged by hotel staff itself). Attention is to be paid to the rooms selection. You can get - for the same price - the really luxury room, but on the other hand also quite small room with 1 armchair, only, and very confined arrangement. But when reaching the receptionist - they are able to move you immediately to very different room (very satisfactory). Such the behavior might easily be felt by guests as some type of cheating? Simply said - what I was offered first was very far from my expectations, taking into account that the hotel is not cheap. Also - I am not a friend of "integrated" (opened) hotel lobby with the breakfast room; it is less comfortable "to be a part of the general hotel service while having breakfast". This design change was unhappy. Also - the level of breakfast itself was worse than 8 years ago (I used to stay in the hotel repeatedly from 1999 to 2004, and I have to tell that the breakfast options used to be by far better in the past).

Great hotel with a perfect location for a trip to Geneva; very close to the lake and only five minutes walking to the train station. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful; clean, nice and large rooms with impressive accommodation including a large flatscreen tv, 2 toilets, large bathroom, electric windowshutters, free wifi, minibar and writing desk. Comfortable beds and good breakfast with a lot of choice. Both the rooms as well as the entire hotel are furnished in a cozy way. Highly recommended!

Excellent location for the hotel near the central station about 5 mn, and 15mn to the Airport, 4 star hotel very clean and comfortable. Wifi is Free but not connectable.

The location of the hotel is great, and the staff was helpful in booking some day excursions. The beds were not very comfortable and the sheets were loud, which makes it a bit more difficult to sleep with others in the room. Breakfast was really expensive.

I crossed the bridge and I was in the city center. New furniture, flat tv, clean room. Hotel was just perfect. I would come here again. The hotel's pictures on the internet are shite. This hotel deserves better pictures.

Loved the decor and room amenities, view. Staff very helpful, spoke English. Beds were rock-hard, not comfortable. Expensive, but then so is everything in Geneva.

i lik the staff they were very helpfull, and the room was a good size and the bath was a good, but I want if they are put a good coffe machine is beter than what they are put now, the coulure of the furnitue is very old fashion even is a classic and the expensive price through the week days.
