Night manager was very friendly. Some of the hotel staff needs to brush up on his and her customer service skills. A couple employees did not meet my needs, seemed to not care about helping me with a problem. |

Have been a guest a guest many times. Like your location and staff. Buffet breakfast terrible, cold eggs/sausage, service OK. Complained to front deskthey removed charge |

We had an excellent welcome, the room was was quiet comfortable and clean and were pleased with the Ipod dock built into the alarm/radio. The only thing we were not pleased with and that was having to pay for an internet connection when so many hotels provide a free connection. |

The hotel has an excellent location; the staff was very nice, helpful, and well-mannered. The room is very clean and comfortable; it also has air conditioning, plasma TV, and internet available. I liked the way how the artificial light is set; the bathroom is beautiful and very clean. I would stay at this hotel again. |
