Localização e um apto com vista panorâmica. Sim,será útil solicitarem máquinas para autorização do cartão de crédito com Pin. Quase perdemos o trem para Milão, por falta do aparelho. Tivemos que pagar em dinheiro, o que foi muito desagradável. |

O tratamento dado pelo staff foi realmente muito personalisado!Gostei e pretendo voltar. Talvez o breakfast pudesse ser um pouco mais farto,mas não tenho nenhuma critica. |

Os quartos estão recém reformados e muito bonitos. O recepcionista foi muito atencioso conosco, cuidando do nosso carro, bagagem, e ainda nos oferecendo algo para comer quando o restaurante ainda não estava aberto. |

Convenient location with clean and big rooms. One small left is not enough for serving the guests. You have to wait and wait. |

Night manager was very friendly. Some of the hotel staff needs to brush up on his and her customer service skills. A couple employees did not meet my needs, seemed to not care about helping me with a problem. |

We had an excellent welcome, the room was was quiet comfortable and clean and were pleased with the Ipod dock built into the alarm/radio. The only thing we were not pleased with and that was having to pay for an internet connection when so many hotels provide a free connection. |
