Hotellet ligger mycket centralt och med vacker utsikt mot Lac Leman och Mont Blanc. Gångavstånd från centralstationen med tåg direkt till flygplatsen och många orter i Schweiz.Gångavstånd till gamla staden med många mysiga restauranger. Saknar ett gym (men man kan ju alltid springa längs sjön). |

Location of the hotel is a great. Modern rooms and design. Free nespresso at the lobby. Welcome staff. Lack of internet access in the room. Only through swisscom. |

Excellent location, nice room and spacious bathroom. Very quite and recently renovated rooms. Breakfast should have been included in the price. |

The hotel was fabulous, friendly staff, luxury facilites and great location. Actually, I stayed there twice, at the first time the room was quite small. However, I ask them to change it, and they did! |

Convenient location with clean and big rooms. One small left is not enough for serving the guests. You have to wait and wait. |

Night manager was very friendly. Some of the hotel staff needs to brush up on his and her customer service skills. A couple employees did not meet my needs, seemed to not care about helping me with a problem. |

We had an excellent welcome, the room was was quiet comfortable and clean and were pleased with the Ipod dock built into the alarm/radio. The only thing we were not pleased with and that was having to pay for an internet connection when so many hotels provide a free connection. |
