The hotel was fabulous, friendly staff, luxury facilites and great location. Actually, I stayed there twice, at the first time the room was quite small. However, I ask them to change it, and they did! |

Night manager was very friendly. Some of the hotel staff needs to brush up on his and her customer service skills. A couple employees did not meet my needs, seemed to not care about helping me with a problem. |

We had an excellent welcome, the room was was quiet comfortable and clean and were pleased with the Ipod dock built into the alarm/radio. The only thing we were not pleased with and that was having to pay for an internet connection when so many hotels provide a free connection. |
