Central location and great for getting around Basel As with most hotels in Basel I would prefer prices to include breakfast or at least give this option so that it can be booked as part of the site price.

very rough - road noise from the over priced hotel. Had to be moved to another room as i couldn't sleep. had no spa or resort facilities as advertised. Won't be coming back! Health Studio Olympia - does not exist. as i was told when i got there you have to pay for it.

It did match the opinions I found on Booking.com. Not far away from downton ("Altstadt"), well served by the public means of transportation, room not huge but extremely clean, quite wide choice for breakfast, two welcome gifts for my little daughter (a teddy bear + a Christmas riddle chocolate box). Small closet, suitable just for quick stays

The hotel is located only 20 minutes walk from the beautiful old town of Basel. It is on a bus route 30 into town and tram 14 runs close by, so access is very easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms very well furnished. There was maps available on the check in desk which was helpful.

a good city & business hotel with excellent facilities incl. garage at a reasonable price. Easy acces from the main German-Swiss highway an ideal hotel/location for a stopover during a longer trip North-South or inverse.

The breakfast is very good. Our family room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although it is not near SBB train station, it is convenient to take bus and walk only 2 minutes after getting off the bus. We chose the hotel because we needed to take train from Basel Bad Bf in the second morning, and it is close to the station.

Large room with kitchenette and good matrass in the baby cot. Very good breakfast. Our daughter got a teddy bear for free when we arrived. The evening dinner was rather expensive and not in accordance with the quality served.

The hotel was near to Basel Badischer Bahnhof. Connectivity to the SBB station was just round the corner. Mobility ticket is an additional benefit. Didn't try the breakfast as I have to check out early... But all n all good experience to stay in.

Nice rooms at reasonable prices. The hotel is conveniently located in the city and has a bus stop at its door steps to connect to railway station. It would have been a great deal if breakfast were to be included in the price. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

This hotel is extremely overpriced. I had to cancel one night out of two (no refund) and had the bad surprise to find that the bill for that night had some extras (part of a non-breakfast as the staff told me) which is totally unacceptable. Furthermore : the wi-fi is not even free for a hotel of that category. Not happy at all ...
