Nincs bonyodalom, nincs recepció. éRkezéskor egy falon lévő széfen beütöd a foglalási kód utolsó 5 (! - az ajtóra 4-et írnak ki, de az nem jó) számjegyét, és kiadja a szobakulcsot, a számla vár az asztalon. Távozáskor bedobod a kulcsot. Jó helyen van, ennyi pénzért Zürichben ajándék.

We like this hotel and we prefer to stay in this hotel one more time, when we'll come to Zurich. The hotel worth it's money! All needed in the room (iron, kettle, frige, flat-TV). The room was clean, warm and silent. The location is good, but you need to use public transportation (10 minutes from embankment).

Because of no reception youo have no possibility to leave your baggage at the reception for 1-2 hours, so you need to leave it at the railwaystation (6 chf). No glass or cups in the room.

Just very good! No stuff at all. You see nobody. You fill yourself like in friends flat or like at home. Quiet, flowers in the small garden. ( windows to the garden). Very (!!!) clean! Good WiFi.

The room size; good for Europe! Location W.R.T. being away and yet not too distant from City Center.

The check-in, stay, check-out was too electronic. No interaction with any service staff the entire time. No electric kettle in room. No utensils, etc. and you couldn't even ask as there was no one around. No cleaning services offered during stay. Be sure to take all your belongings before you check-out coz once you drop the key, it takes several calls or a long wait for another guest incase you forgot something inside.

It was very clean and not too hard to find. It has a lift.

No reception. A key drop box only. No drinking glass in room. Even disposable plastic glass would be fine.

This hote is clean and nice, located in a calm area. The key box system is very easy, when i entered my room i found the receipt lying on the table.

It was quite wierd not to see any employee of this hotel, but i had no problems.

For a budget hotel this was a great stay. I have stayed in a lot worse that said they were 3/4 stars and had to put up for it for 2 weeks. On the edge of red light district but was not bothered by anyone. Just remember there is no reception and you have to have last 5 digits of booking ref for an electronic key drop which is not too clear when you are there but luckily I read reviews before I went. Hair dryer, iron, kettle, fan, fridge all in room I was very happy with my overnight stay

It had a kettle but no tea making facilities. Would have been nice to have a few tea bags and coffee thrown in but that was the only negative about the room

Anward building itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Most things that you need inside. The surrounding area is lively. But you can walk 5 mins in the other direction and it is totally different. Enjoyed our stay overall.

When we arrived, there was a techinical issue with the key system. There happened to be 2 other couples with us facing the same issue. We had to waiti 45 mins for a person to turn up when we were told 15 mins. The person came and didn't even say hello or sorry. Everyone that had been waiting felt the poor service of this event. Please address people when there is an issue. Its just common courtesy and customer service. We have paid for something and been made to wait around.

The facilities were modern and with a good design. The location was good, very close to many bars, cinemas and shopping centres. Old city centre is 15 minutes by walking

Internet was not working. Given that there's no permanent personnel it was pretty difficult (to be kind) to solve the problem.

Simpler than expected. Quite comfortable. Saturday flea market about 80 m away in Helvetia Platz.

No reception. Internet would not work Room not cleaned on Saturday morning Could not control room temerature.

Self-service with keys. WiFi. Clean, comfort room.

I didn't like man (who checked was there everything alright) knock once and then came in with his own key. I didn't put "do not disturb" tag but it still was unexpectedly and uncomfortable. It didn't change my mind about hotel, hotel is awesome.

Price

It's clean, bed is comfortable, the room and WC were fairly spacious and good TV. It's located in a neighbourhood with a couple of striptease bars but we found it very quiet and safe. It's also in walking distance from the city centre.

There is no reception desk as it was replaced by a machine which gives you the key to your room on arrival. Had we had any problem (which we didn't) there wouldn't be anybody to help.

Really convenient location, a stone's throw from the center. Can be on the tram, you can walk. Not a noisy place, nice friendly staff, neat and clean, good linens. All you need is in the room. Pretty place, there are a lot of bars restaurants, interesting area beside her on Saturdays "flea" market, many shops with cheap clothing. Interesting theater with a bar there.

The room was small and quiet but not cramped. The location was a block or two away from essentially downtown. Great price, but not over crowded.

The bed was a bit small, to be honest, but I paid for a single, so I got what I bought!

Very nice staff, let us have a later check-out time. It's not a luxury hotel of course, but it was perfect for us. Not in the city center but a short walk, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.

Close to a very vibrant area in Zurich

Quiet, convinient location. The staff is very friendly, helpfull.
