Free Shuttle bus to the airport and the hotel was quiet. Modern bar and restaurant and good value for money. The room was a little bit cold, and there was no kettle or bathroom facilities in the room, also breakfast variety was small. |

the rooms are large and the shuttle to the airport was efficient We had dinner and breakfast and the food was lousey. I would never eat there again. It was a total waste of money. Read other reviews they were right. |

the location was close to the airport and a shuttle service provided regular service. The room was clean and well furnished. The staff was more thank pleasant, it was outstanding. to charge an obscene amount for use of the internet is not acceptable. In a day when most hotels have ceased charging anything for its use this property is exploiting guests who must use the internet., |

The hotel is very convenient to the Zurich airport. The shuttle service only took a few minutes.The staff was very helpful and the room was quite large. The fact that the hotel was convenient to the airport meant that it was not so close to downtown Zurich, and there was nothing much in the vicinity of the hotel. |

The hotel clerk gave us a good restaurant recommedation. The room had a hairdryer and even soap! There was no internet terminal, no washclothes and the little space for toiletries. |

Very spacious rooms, very good bed, good shower, value for money is excellent as you can use the fitness/sauna from the Hilton hotel. Restaurant from the aparhotel is good. little outdated furniture |

It nice and clean and set up for business travelers. It is next to the airport so you do get a lot of air traffic noise. Either you or the Hilton messed up big time as you are holding to bookings against my Chase Visa card in the amount of $266.71 USD. I paid at the hotel the 261.20CHF which is a charge of just over $237. USD. No release from your firm for even one hold on the card And why hold twice for the same reservation? The booking code is 125117710 PIN 5265. you have abused me in a most horrific way. |
