nell'appartamento è come soggiornare in un hotel a 5 stelle con in più la possibilità di cucinare in una cucina attrezzatissima. La padrona dell'appartamento è amabile, poliglotta e ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio,per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità. Il tutto in una cornice elegante, una villa a poca distanza dal centro e servita da autobus puntuali e sfreccanti.

L'appartamento è spazioso, arredato con gusto e funzionale(cucina, illuminazione, lavanderia...). Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il posto auto gratuito e la posizione è ottima per chi arriva dall'autostrada. Il centro si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi, i mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze sono molto efficienti. La proprietaria parla italiano ed è molto disponibile.

Very friendly and helpful owners. We have got more then we expected (some fruits on the table, something for breakfast and etc.). Location is great - we highly recommend these apartments.

Very nice apartement! In a nice neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from the historical museum andcenter. Hospitality. Cozy atmosphere. It has a kitchen, living room with sofa, 2 bathrooms. You feel calm and relaxed, like you're at home.

Very warm welcome from the owners. Very well equipped apartment including an excellent coffee machine.. All basic food and beverage necessities provided on arrival. Close to tram which takes about 8 minutes to get to the city centre. We stayed 9 nights and used Bern as a base to travel by rail around Switzerland. Good value for money compared to a similar quality hotel.

Minor quirks in the layout of the apartment.

The owners were very friendly. The location was on a quiet street. Lovely neighborhood and a fifteen minute walk to the center of the old part of the city. We would certainly stay here again. We used two bedrooms on the main floor, but there was a spiral staircase leading to two single beds in one room and a double bed in another. There were two baths, wifi, a very nice kitchen and living room with a huge TV (which we never turned on!).

The apartment was luxury much more than we expected. Everthing was immaculate and the apartment was very comfortable and roomy. There were lots of little extras that made our stay very pleasant, we wished we had booked another 2-3 days there! Maxine the owner was very welcoming and helpful, which was much appreciated.

Simply the real gem! Many thanks to Maxine and her Family for our stay in Bern. Excellent location in green and quiet residential area, with nice architecture and gardens, embassy quarter. Such kind of insider atmosphere. Historic city center could be reached in 10-15 minutes of pleasant walk, tram stop in a couple of minutes Appartments are so spacious, light, good equiped (even with oven and dishwasher). Everywhere was very clean. We had apparts for two persons. сAn not be compared with any hotel room. Complimentary coffee (good!), soft drinks, fruits, chocolates and other snacks. High speed free wi-fi, parking, own yard with flowers smell at night... Hosts are very welcoming and pleasant people, at the same time, apartments are located on a separate floor, so you feel totally independent. Highly recommended to everyone, especialy travelers by car!

Our hosts were especially friendly and welcoming. The location is very handy to the centre of Bern. Only two tram stops. The room was very clean with a well stocked fridge.

We would have liked some air conditioning, but this was only a minor matter.

This was a great location. It is in a lovely upscale neighborhood where the embassies are located. Lots of beautiful architecture. Yet it is only a short walk to the old town and to the museums, restaurants and fun shopping. It is a family owned business of just one unit and they are warm, friendly and helpful in every way.

The apartments are easily found, very close to motorway and on a direct route. There is a good little supermarket a very short distance away, on the easy 10 minute walk into the Bern city centre. A tram stop is within 100 metres. Parking is inside a secure gate, and the building is also secure, with coded entrance. The facilities are new and very good, with various welcoming extras, an excellent coffee machine, kitchen area, microwave etc. The lounge area is not designed for too much lounging, and the TV is in the bedroom. The 'kitchen' chairs are handmade, with an unusual design - and of questionable functionality! This apartment may not be suitable for some people. The owners have two very friendly and large Irish setters, and the apartment is down a flight of stairs.

This comment is not unique to this apartment and seems to apply to all accommodation these days. Everywhere we go we find that the bedding consists of a bottom sheet with an overlying duvet. There was usually a top sheet when this style of bedding first was introduced to hotel accommodation a few years ago. I cannot believe that many people require such a duvet in the summer months, and one of our first jobs on arrival is always to remove and discard the duvet from its cover - which is then used as a top sheet. I believe that some accommodation will provide a sheet and bed cover if requested in advance.

Our stay was very pleasant. The facilites were perfect and we were able to relax for several days. The washer and dryer were a great bonus and the stay was delightful. Maxine was a wonderful hostess.

Enormous, very modern apartment that was fully equipped and well located for the bears, old town and with a large wooded park nearby.

Maxine the host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was extremely comfortable with everything you need for a self catering stay. The appliances and fittings are all very high quality and the cleanliness is impeccable. The location in the embassy quarter adjacent to a beautiful forest area is a nice change to inner city hotels. Access to the old city and all the attractions is only a short short walk and tram trip away.

Simply fantastic It was not cheap but …: - 10 min walking to the old city - The neighborhood is calm and a nice place to take a walk - You can park the car inside for free - It was nearly a place that you can call “home”, everything extremely clean and carry, the kitchen already had some food, drinks and coffee for us free of charge. - The hosts are very nice and helpful So, with all of this, is just a great choice !!!! If anyone goes there just say hello to Charlie (the nice dog that will try to say hello to you)

This was a perfect solution even if we only stayed one night. Located in a very quiet, comfortable residential area, the city center is only a "beautiful" 10 minute walk away. To get to the city you need to walk across a bridge that gives you a great external view of the town. We parked the car on the premises and it was walking every where... nice shops, cafes in the immediate area. The owners are fabulous... thanks for the extra beverage!
