The owners were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. I liked that we got the guestcard for free which gives free access to lots of stuff in Leukerbad (like cable car to get up to Gemmi, sports complex, bus...). The breakfast was great, everything you could imagine was there. A second coffee was readily served an not even put on the bill. The hotel room was a bit of a disappointment - it was clean, yes, but the "double bed" really were two single beds and single doona's put together. The room is not really meant to stay in except for sleeping I guess! ;-) Not much room to move around, but it served it's purpose as it was good value for money and we were out the whole day anyway.

The host was very polite and helpful and the in-hotel spa was free for guests. The sauna was very nice but unfortunately the steamroom was broken at the time. The balcony was also very big and had an excellent view. And the hotel was very close (2 min walk) to both the Burgerbad and Lindner spas. The buffet was a little sparse and although the rooms were comfortable, they were still a little old.

Excellent location, space and view from the hotel The restaurant service at dinner time was so slow and they served warm beer. The bathroom had only shower with no temperature control.

Great breakfast. We booked appartment with 2 bedrooms and a livingroom. Living room was roomy, with comfortable sofa, and all our rooms had a view of the village and the glorious surrounding mountains. Centrally located, near the spas and supermarket. Optional kitchen (did not pay to use it.)

Es hat mir sehr gefallen und war ein super Aufenthalt! Si haben uns sogar ein gröseres zimmer gegeben obwohl wir nicht dieses gebucht hatten das war sehr zuvorkommend!

Accueil très agréable, idéal pour notre séjour en famille ! Nous avons bénéficié de chambres spacieuses (suites) avec coin salon et table à manger. Un secteur sauna-fitness très appréciable et 2 restaurants dans l'hôtel: un style "brasserie" l'autre avec une cuisine raffinée et ambiance chaleureuse. En tant que client de cet hotel nous avons bénéficié des remontées gratuites pour la Gemmi. Seul petit inconvénient, le parking privé est assez loin de l'hôtel.

Cordialità molto rispettosa e persone davvero simpatiche. All'arrivo ci è stata data una spiegazione dettagliata e attiva delle varie possibilità a Leukerbad, e durante tutto il soggiorno il personale è stato perfetto.

Bâtiment un peu défraichi mais appartement impeccablement rénové et parfaitement propre. Accueil familial, personnel aimable et serviable, enfants bienvenus. Très bonne table également. Séjour dans cet l'hôtel donnant droit à de nombreuses réductions dans la station, dont la montée en téléphérique au Gemmipass. Nous y retournerons sûrement !

Schönes Zimmer mir Aussicht, freundliches Personal Hotel-Sauna war ausgefallen, wir hätten eine kleine Kompensation erwartet (z.B. Gratiseintritt / Reduktion in öffentlichem Bad).
