the hotel is very nice, mountain-style, staff is very kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel. breakfast is OK but limited buffet choice

- bed was broken, we had to repair it ourselves (staff was too busy to come and repair it) - broken kitchenette lights (that have not been repaired after we asked for)

Very comfortable beds ,relaxed,clean rooms, helpfull staff,just a nice place ,ideal accommodation for ski holiday Reception needs a refurb , my family got of the bus at the bus stop and didn't have a clue how to get to it ,taxi was going to be 1hour not great at -15 with a baby! A better map on Internet would help ,but don't let it put you off.

Chambre spacieuse. Hôtel près d'un arrêt de bus. Nombreuse moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain. Équipement rudimentaire. Local à ski pas très propre. Aimabilité de certaines personnes. Qualité du petit déjeuner (pain notamment).

Aangezien inchecken van 15:00 tot 18:00 mogelijk is en het vaak voorkomt dat bezoekers vroeger aankomen bij het hotel, is het mogelijk om in het hotel om te kleden en daar de spullen te laten liggen tot er 's avonds (voor 18:00!) wordt ingecheckt. Buiten het hotel is de locatie prachtig en ideaal wanneer je de voorkeur geeft aan een wintersport vakantie waarbij je kunt uitgaan ZONDER après-ski muziek. Er is een soort van club (heel klein) aanwezig in het dorp, maar nog leuker is de bar van het hotel The Dom. Hier speelt zo'n beetje elke avond een live band en komen aardig wat bezoekers om de sfeer te versterken. Ondanks dat wij in het hoogseizoen zijn gegaan waren er nauwelijks rijen te bekennen voor de skiliften! We konden over goed doorlopen en meteen de goed verzorgde pistes af. Een ander groot pluspunt is de kwaliteit van het huurmateriaal dat in het dorp beschikbaar is. Het waren hele goede spullen en het personeel was daarbij ook heel erg vriendelijk.

Bon rapport qualité-prix ... Un peu loin des pistes et peu de bus pour desservir. Env 10 min à pied avec tout l'équipement, c'est long !!!!!

l'emplacement, la vue, la tranquilité (sauf le bruit dérangeant de la cheminée du chauffage de la résidence en contrebas) Par le fait de la fin de saison, l'hôtel était vide, une fois installé plus personne, hormis le service du petit déjeuner, sinon personne, ni pour faire les chambres après la première nuit (!), ni même pour régler la facture au départ, après la deuxième nuit...

Appartement très confortable, mais cuisine mal équipée. La disponibilité du patron...jamais là! Pas pu venir ni nous chercher ni nous ramener au parking! Pas de plan ou de carte de balade disponible à la reception. Hôtel en cours de rénovation. Reception très sombre et vieillote!

Sonnige Lage Familienzimmer Abholdienst Parking Chaotischer Betrieb Besitzerpaar scheint überfordert Hotel ist ein Fass ohne Boden, scheint einer Baustelle gleich Diverse Mängel im Zimmer (defekte Lampe, Kühlschrankabdeckung fehlte, Föhn und Seife fehlte, etc...
