The view is fantastic. The appartment is spacious. Despite a phone call the day before we arrived from the agent and her knowing that we were travelling with a three year old and a one year old, we were not forewarned that there was not even a single square of toilet paper in the appartment. We were arriving on Sunday evening, and virtually no shops inb Valais [other than bakers] are open on Sunday. The bedding supplied was for single beds although the beds were all doubles. Best of all, there was cat dung all over the main balcony - perfect for children to catch toxoplasmosis; there were twisted edges to rugs which gave dangerous trip hazard; the dishrack was broken and unusable; the washing machine was littered with old powder... and yet the agent was demanding CHF160 as a cleaning fee. Clearly the apartment had not been cleaned or checked. We complained the agent on the Monday morning and were refunded CHF100 for the cleaning. The bedding was rectified and the cat crap cleaned up. The dangerous rugs were left as they were.
