For an expensive hotel the service was poor. I had to ring twice to get a coffee sachet for my room. There was no shower cap in the bathroom. The breakfast layout was difficult to navigate. Internet connection in the room was expensive (in most of the Zurich hotels I have stayed in, its been free). I had to wait ages to check out, there was only one staff member at the desk. |
