There are several smaller ski areas in Switzerland as well, including St-Imier-Mont Soleil, Les Bugnenets-Savagnières, and La Vue des Alpes-Tête de Ran.

The Jura is well known for its cross-country skiing and picturesque scenery. It is a popular alternative to the busier resorts in the Alps.
