This was very exceptional experience, i felt like a family member visiting , not as a guest, the owners were always there , greeting and ready to help so were the staff , very kind and helpful. Excellent staff, very friendly, great relaxed atmosphere, good facilities, breakfast and afternoon tea excellent, well recommended.

The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable and the food was superb

The wellness facilities were a little limited.

Food and Service, one of the finest around. Location is just a short 10 min walk from the lifts to the Klein Matterhorn, as well as, pretty much everything else.

The only thing that I would suggest as an improvement would be to have a small menu option (not necessarily requiring chefs) for room service that would be availble over a greater range of timings. But this is a very minute change and did not affect the overall enjoyment of this wonderful hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cosy. The view from windows is breathtaking!

The bed, pillow and mattres are incredibly comfortable. Free WiFi.

The rooms are a little on the small side. No vegetarian options in hotel's restaurant (but there are plenty of places to eat in Zermatt).

Do yourself a favor and stay at Hotel Aristella Swissflair. The hotel and the room are impeccable and the hospitality of the staff is unsurpassed. It was a wonderful place to visit and I hope to return soon.

Location, comfort, staff - everything. This was the best hotel of the three we stayed in during our holiday in Switzerland. It would be hard to find any faults.

This hotel is outstanding. The staff and the owner were extremely helpful, the facility is easy to find, centrally located, and very clean. They had a shuttle to/from the train station, they told me all about the local scene and also how to get the best pictures of the Matterhorn (the purpose of my trip there) and where to hike. The spa was also an awesome bonus after a day of climbing and hiking - the steam shower and personal whirlpool were great...! And I got some incredible photos of the Matterhorn that I simply would not have achieved if the owner hadn't given me some tips. I would highly recommend it to anyone, and I rarely rave about any hotel! The town of Zermatt is fun, quaint and beautifully situated. The highlight of my trip to Europe so far...

I didn't try the restaurant because it seemed like a lot of the meals were targeted towards couples or more than one diner - and I was on my own, not a real issue - there were lots of great restaurants to choose from in Zermatt (many of them have meals for two - fondue, chateaubriand, etc so the hotel is not an anomaly)...

The hotel is located in a nice quiet part of Zermatt away from the hustle and bustle of main street with all the tourist crowds but stll within walking distance of all the action!! The design of the hotel is very eco frindly and the staff / owners are super frindly and helpful. The rooms are large for swiss standards and very clean and nicely designed. The rooms on the higher floors have killer views of the Matterhorn!! The breakfast was sufficient. They offered free pick up from the Railway station and they dropped of our baggage at the Railway station after we checked out and went shopping so we could catch the train on time...very thoughtful of them indeed. The gentleman who picked us up and doubles as the bell hop / gardener / eveyrthing is very frindly and helpful.

The owner and his family made us very welcome and the the reception staff were excellent and and helped in any way they could making our stay most enjoyable.An brilliant wellness centre is available with an excellent array of facilities and the hotel is new, modern, spotless and eco friendly with all the mod cons. We would certainly reccommend this Hotel to anyone and everyone. Situated in the centre of Zermatt it is only minutes away from all facilities.

Maybe the most accommodating staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. Everyone seemed truly interested in ensuring that the guest had an enjoyable stay. The hotel itself was excellent as well but like most businesses it's the people that make you want to go back.

A little pricey (but I guess that's the season)

We booked two nights at this hotel for our family of 4. We had two connecting rooms that shared one bathroom. The corner room in the back was perfect. We had two windows to observe the beautiful view and it was very quiet which is what we had hoped for as we were just arriving from the states and were trying to overcome our jet lag. The rooms were simply appointed but updated and very clean, as was the bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast, eaten in a dining room with big windows with a view of the waterfall and mountains was a plentiful Swiss breakfast and delicious.An added bonus is the coffee and tea that is always fresh and available in the lounge. Plus, the greatest surprise of all was the ice machine (which is very rare we found out in Switzerland)!!! The hotel is situated in a great spot for travel throughout the region and we would highly recommend to all.

The only constructive criticism would be that perhaps the lounge area
