Nothing - The wake up call at 7:00AM that I did not request. - The room (#203) that was next to the elevator engine in spite of having explicitly booked a room "not adjacent to elevator" - the flies in the breakfast area - the bathroom sink that did not drain

It's easy to get there,very friendly location.I Was pleased to enjoy sauna and bowling for the guests. Location is across the McDrive and very noisy in the night.

Very nice hotel with all facilities for people who are there for business: Fast internet without the hassle of entering all kinds of codes, good bed, room size okay, rooms are well isolated, good breakfast (until 11 (in the weekend)), good restaurant, close to motorway, large parking and McDonald's restaurant as neighbours. The hotel even had a good price for Zürich standards (in any way the day I was there: Friday).

Sehr gepflegtes und freundliches Hotel! Leider fehlte eine Klimaanlage. Es war die ganze Nacht über heiß und mussten 2x Durchzug machen und die Zimmertür ganz weit offen lassen. War nicht so schön, weil jeder rein geschaut hatte... Sonst super!!

Für mich war die Distanz zwischen 2 Terminen wichtig. Angenehm wäre es wenn auch Mineralwasser ohne Kohlensäure auf dem Zimmer zu finden wäre.

El pago por la estancia: Me cobraron el día que efectué la reserva, y me volvieron a cobrar el día que abandoné el hotel. Advirtiendo al personal de recepción que el cobro en la tarjeta ya se había efectuado, a lo cual respondieron que ese dinero sólo estaba bloqueado. Llevando ya una semana en esta situación. Por lo que tendré que ir al Banco para que devuelvan este pago.
