Friendly and very helpful staff

Bit pricier than expected

Wonderful breakfast, staff, and bedding...best bed and down pillows.

Hot tub not hot, but great steam rooms. Don't mistakenly go in "naked area" with swim suit on..I Got scolded even though no one else in room.

The location, cleanliness, standard amenities but most of all the staff who were friendly and efficient.

Very expensive for what you get but that probably reflects Swiss prices. Very basic rooms and very small bathroom.

Great location in the village especially as the hotel has a ski room right next to one of the main lifts. We had a family room which was effectively two connected rooms that worked very well for us. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful

The utter helpfulness of staff on all points: provision of transport on arrival & departure; excellent recommendations of restaurants; concern to ensure that all was well with just about everything. The absolute cleanliness is to be applauded. Absolutely recommend this hotel

Very little really. The WiFi is free although didn't quite reach to our room properly, possibly the furthest room from the transmitter. The real problem though was the totally inadequate bandwidth anywhere and everywhere such that only for example at 7-8am when others are still asleep etc., can you send and receive much more than text. This is a pity and sadly and a state of affairs so often seen in establishments offering it for free. I ended up using 3g instead as that was much more satisfactory.

The staff is so young and kind. They speak many languages and very very friendly. We had great time there and, even though, the resort is car free, you really don't miss it as the hotel staff would drive you to the slopes and back with all the ski equipment. Really nice ! The breakfast was super delicious and the coffee so tasty ! The rooms very clean and big with a huge balcony. Being full of snow, the resort was like a fairy tale ! Looking forward to return back in Saas-Fee !

the staff were amazingly helpful. they came to pick us up from the station, even though it was late at night. they gave us lots of advice and helped us with every need. when we left they carried our stuff to the station by foot!

good located front of everything you need in saas fee. big balcony in the room. quallity of the breakfest is good but it is small. good pricing.

the spa is not in the hotel and you need to walk somewhere out side. the open it only 4 hours a day ( as sep 12). nothing exciting with the dysign and as it was in Switzerland we excpected to see more swiss people working în the hotel. as most of the guests and most of the staff were germans, we felt a bit bizzar. otherwise, specially if it is your first time in saas fee, i would say that it is a good place to stay.

A very welcoming hotel in the village centre. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was of a high standard.

The kindness of the whole staff; they upgraded one of the 2 rooms we had booked so we stayed in a large superior! The clean rooms;the home made breakfast, served in a cosy room; the little, but complete spa, with a beautiful rest room.

The spa isn't inside the hotel, but we must walk through a passage between hotel artemis and europa,which is quite long,even if it is safe and warm. A tea and coffee machine in the rooms would be the perfect touch to complete the comfort.

Friendly staff, central location

Everything about our stay was excellent. The customer service was perhaps the best we have received at a hotel in Switzerland - each person working at the hotel was friendly and helpful - management, front desk, dining room, and maids. The breakfast was typical for CH but very fresh and all food sourced locally and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also has spa facilities on-site which was very nice after a long day of hiking. The other nice surprise was that the hotel provides its guests with a pass so that the Saas Fee lift system and buses in the valley were free for the weekend.

Great place, lovely people and good value for money. After many years of going to Saas-Fee we have finally found our favourite hotel.

We really enjoyed the Hotel. We had bio Breakfast which was Great. Thomas from the reception was very nice and handful we had a great conversation with him about life and Saas-Fee. We used the Hotel Spa which was nice and humble. We don't ski so we didn't use the Ski pass given by the hotel for free. The Room had a great view and Balcony and we ate at a lovely Italian restaurant recommended to us by the other reception guy (who was also very nice). It is in the centre of this small and lovely city and worth every chf we paid.

We spent a wonderful Easter weekend at Artemis. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and friendly and they made every guest feel welcome and comfortable. We did not ski but Artemis also has a ski room across from the main lift which is really convenient. Breakfast was delicious. We had a standard room which was spacious and had a nice balcony. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom was immaculately clean. Spa & Wellness next door in Hotel Europa was very relaxing and we really enjoyed it. I could not have picked a better hotel for our weekend and would not hesitate to come back.

There is free WiFi but it is painfully slow and not very reliable. It would not change my decision to stay here again - I would just download enough movies to my computer beforehand :)

Too much street noise. No comfortable lounge/ common space. No supper option.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful stuff. We felt our-self there very comfortable and relaxed. We had perfect weekend there!

Could be a bit closer to the lifts, but that's not a big problem. Hotel is just 7 min. by foot from it.

Sehr freundliches Personal und zwar alle sehr hilfsbereit ,Zimmer konnte bis 14 Uhr benutzt werden am Abreisetag. Frühstücksraum neu gestaltet ,reichaltiger als letzse Mal. Super Preis -Leistungsverhältnis !
