Jade Manotel

Location of the hotel was perfect. Near the lake and near to the Bohemian restaurants and bars. Only 10 minute walk to the centre and the the old town. Clean, spacious room and helpful staff.

I really liked the decor at the Jade. I loved the real oriental orchid in the room, the outdoor breakfast area and the room service. My daughter (mid 20's) and I stayed in a twin room which was very clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. This hotel was the best of hotel I stayed in over my 3 week holiday in Europe.

The hotel location is good. The interior is very beautiful and chic.

I arrived late in the evening in the hotel and the staff on duty was very friendly. However, he did not inform me everything I was entitled to. The staff on duty the next morning who helped me with my check-out was rather unfriendly when I asked for the free public tranportation ticket that I should have been given the night before but I was not. She refused to give me the ticket and said it was not her problem that I did not get the ticket and that the staff on duty the night before did not do so. In addition, I also think that the rate is a little too high.

Clean and fresh, good facilities, nice sized room with stylish en suite. Friendly and helpful staff, and well located in the city, within walking distance of the lake, the un, and the international quarter.

If we had to mention anything, it would be the lack of sound-proofing between room and corridor.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, and I was upgraded to a room with a balcony. There was a good desk and WiFi Internet facilities were free, which made working more pleasant than in some hotels.

The hotel staff were the best! They were very helpful with many details of our stay. In addition, I became quite ill while staying here and the staff could not have been more attentive, arranging for me to get to the hospital, etc. Aside from that, the room was nicely appointed and the breakfast was very nicely done. I would definitely stay here again if in Geneva.

Excellent breakfast.Free ticket on all bus and tramconnections in geneva during the stay in the hotel. Nearby tramstop with good connection with railwaystation and towncenter.

Only frosted glass between living/sleepingroom and bathroom - in this executive room - resulting in less privacy. Room - clean and well equipped - located at roadside with streetnoise when opening a window.( we had requested a quiet room when making the reservation).

Hotel and room was very modern compare to other old fashioned hotels around. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite. Bathroom was also modern and clean. Reasonable prices for these facilities, And just 5 minutes away from lake side by walking. We highly recommend Jade Manotel.
