Nice design, very cosy atmosphere Changing moods of the stuff - sometimes very friendly, sometimes not at all. They welcomed very warmly, but was not able to recommend anything what to visit in the city. Just answered -search in the internet |

Location of the hotel was perfect. Near the lake and near to the Bohemian restaurants and bars. Only 10 minute walk to the centre and the the old town. Clean, spacious room and helpful staff. |

I really liked the Feng Shui design of the hotel, it had a relaxing ambience about it. Great location for trams and train, shopping. Ver clean & comfortable, breakfast was very good. |

I really liked the decor at the Jade. I loved the real oriental orchid in the room, the outdoor breakfast area and the room service. My daughter (mid 20's) and I stayed in a twin room which was very clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. This hotel was the best of hotel I stayed in over my 3 week holiday in Europe. |

Staff couldn't do enough for us, Were helpful in making restaurant reservations, explaining how to get to tourist attractions. We dealt with 4 different receptionists and their service was consistent. Free internet access. |

The hotel location is good. The interior is very beautiful and chic. I arrived late in the evening in the hotel and the staff on duty was very friendly. However, he did not inform me everything I was entitled to. The staff on duty the next morning who helped me with my check-out was rather unfriendly when I asked for the free public tranportation ticket that I should have been given the night before but I was not. She refused to give me the ticket and said it was not her problem that I did not get the ticket and that the staff on duty the night before did not do so. In addition, I also think that the rate is a little too high. |

Clean and fresh, good facilities, nice sized room with stylish en suite. Friendly and helpful staff, and well located in the city, within walking distance of the lake, the un, and the international quarter. If we had to mention anything, it would be the lack of sound-proofing between room and corridor. |

The staff were welcoming and attentive, and I was upgraded to a room with a balcony. There was a good desk and WiFi Internet facilities were free, which made working more pleasant than in some hotels. |

The hotel staff were the best! They were very helpful with many details of our stay. In addition, I became quite ill while staying here and the staff could not have been more attentive, arranging for me to get to the hospital, etc. Aside from that, the room was nicely appointed and the breakfast was very nicely done. I would definitely stay here again if in Geneva. |

We were very pleased with our stay at the Jade. It was extremely convenient to get to from the airport (one train stop and a few tram stops), the staff was friendly and very helpful, and our room was immaculate and very nicely decorated. We only stayed for one night (our return flight to the U.S. was out of Geneva), but we would stay there again. Excellent hotel and highly recommended. |

Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Loved the variety of fresh fruit at breakfast. Were impressed by the fact our car was parked for us and returned to the hotel when we checked out. Just a small point - lift was very small. |

Excellent breakfast.Free ticket on all bus and tramconnections in geneva during the stay in the hotel. Nearby tramstop with good connection with railwaystation and towncenter. Only frosted glass between living/sleepingroom and bathroom - in this executive room - resulting in less privacy. Room - clean and well equipped - located at roadside with streetnoise when opening a window.( we had requested a quiet room when making the reservation). |

The hotel service was great - polite friendly staff - nothing was forgotten! Very clean and new fresh furnishings - quite funky. A great place to stay, convenient well priced and comfortable. While the comfort of the hotel was great the customer service provided was perhaps the best point!!! |

The hotel is very modern and very clean. We only stayed for 1 night but had a very comfortable stay. It was close enough to Lake Geneva and the main shopping area. The only thing would be the area that it is situated, although the hotel do state it is in 'downtown' Geneva so do not hide that it isnt the best of areas. The mini bar was over priced but then they are in all hotels! |
