The room was spacious, very clean, very comfortable beds. It was also very bright with a room length window. Unable to hear any street noise due to very good window. Large well equipped bathroom which was clean and included very nice shampoos, etc. Great shower. Free transport cards on local transit.

Evening desk clerk unable to give any recommendations for restaurants except for those in the Manotel chain. No literature in room regarding restaurants, local sights, transportation in the area and to neighboring areas.

The service was great , the room was big and new, nice styling.

The location is good but the area is not super pleasant.

Hotel Staff and cleanliness of the room. Location is very good, next to the Lake and to the main transportation hubs.

Continental Breakfast was fairly simple (the orange juice was not fresh) and it costed 18CHF/per person. View of the room was to the backside of another building. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Cosy, Clean, close to a railway station. If you reserve it in advance, you'll have reasonable price.

Very good hotel, nice and helpful hotel staff, good breakfast, rooms big enough, clean with lots of light and all equipment you need. Transport facilities at hand.

Very nice and good located hotel. Staff, especially Mrs Sophie Meyer is very competent and friendly, excellent service.

We liked really the breakfast in the little beautiful jardin of the hotel. The staff were very comprehensive and answered to all our needs kindfully.We had easy access to the lake, the tram and the train station. It was a very good for us with 2 children, especially that the little girl has only 1.5 years.

We would have liked the room to be a little larger beause we taught an "executive double room " would be very large.

The location is excellent. The staff especially at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful. The rooms and lobby have a modern design and the rooms are well equipped. Very good value

Everything was fine except for the fact the when we returned to the hotel in mid-afternoon the room was still not cleaned and made up.

The room was modern and clean, bed and linen were of good quality. Breakfast buffet was high quality.

The location of the hotel is not the most beautiful part of Geneva

Location is a way from crowds. not far from the Lake. Very Decent Receptionists. Thanks to Mia from the reception she was adorable and great support. Since it was my first time the manager offered me anexecutive room :). Coffee maker & wireless internet were excellent.AlJazeerah Channel present in TV.

Room was relatively small. AC was not cold enough. Price is High for such room. Eventhough I hanged the sign "Do Not Disturb" on the door, One morning the Cleaner opend the door without nocking on it! luckly I was a wake on my bed "dressed" She seemed to be Shoked too and explained that the sign was "green" which means "clean it". some one my had swich it!
