Excellent breakfast.Free ticket on all bus and tramconnections in geneva during the stay in the hotel. Nearby tramstop with good connection with railwaystation and towncenter. Only frosted glass between living/sleepingroom and bathroom - in this executive room - resulting in less privacy. Room - clean and well equipped - located at roadside with streetnoise when opening a window.( we had requested a quiet room when making the reservation). |

The hotel service was great - polite friendly staff - nothing was forgotten! Very clean and new fresh furnishings - quite funky. A great place to stay, convenient well priced and comfortable. While the comfort of the hotel was great the customer service provided was perhaps the best point!!! |

The hotel is very modern and very clean. We only stayed for 1 night but had a very comfortable stay. It was close enough to Lake Geneva and the main shopping area. The only thing would be the area that it is situated, although the hotel do state it is in 'downtown' Geneva so do not hide that it isnt the best of areas. The mini bar was over priced but then they are in all hotels! |

Hotel and room was very modern compare to other old fashioned hotels around. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite. Bathroom was also modern and clean. Reasonable prices for these facilities, And just 5 minutes away from lake side by walking. We highly recommend Jade Manotel. |

I was upgraded to the Junior suite. The hotel is like a boutique hotel with great furniture and a fantastic breakfast - more than a 3 star hotel that it is. There was a lot of noise all night from people going in and out of the junior suite opposite. |

This hotel was much better than many four star properties I have stayed in. The room was spacious and well-appointed, breakfast was good, and the staff was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel. |

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very good. The room was excellent and the parking service was also convenient. Nice centrally located. We liked this hotel. The restaurant which is located just accross the street in another hotel owned by the same company is nicely decorated but overpriced. The waiters were not the friendliest we've seen and the food was by far not worth the price we paid. We could have chosen any other restaurant as there are many near by but it was late and we were tired from the trip so we decided to go there for the convenience. |

This is an excellent hotel. 3-star hotel has 4-star hotel quality in room and service. The location is good, near the lake. The room is pretty big. The room rate is a little bit too high. |

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff was helpful and breakfast was very good. Cleaning of the room was not done very well. When we first went into the room, the toilet was not clean. Once, the trash cans were not emptied. |

Very nice modern hotel. Reasonably priced for Geneva. Helpful and friendly staff. Internet access in the lobby. Strange shower arrangement - difficult to have a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet. |
