Большой номер Завтрак ужасен, нет даже омлета. Отель взбесил тем, что сразу снял день при букинге, но я к сожалению не был в курсе. А на утро попросили оплатить при выезде, я оплатил, но уже по карте подруги. Вернувшись домой и увидев выписку по карте, написал в отель, а эти нехорошие люди даже не хотят отвечать уже на 2 письма. Деньги так и не вернули пока. В общем будьте бдительны, если надумаете там остановиться, но не советую. |

Удобный паркинг, близко к центру, не далеко до набережной. Не помешал бы ремонт в отеле. Сан узел- фурнитура старая, пошарпанная вид ванной комнаты тоже не приглядный. Комната- нет кондиционера Лифт- такое ощущение, что лет 50 прошло, а то и больше, как его установили. |

Удачное расположение (недалеко от вокзала, центральных достопримечательностей в старом городе), хорошее обслуживание, чистота, порядок, доброжелательность. Шумновато, если открыть окно, а без открытого окна - душно. |

Wonderfully designed - both your Luxembourg and Koln Hotels. In your Luxembourg Hotel - no free breakfast and the toilet does not have a wash basin- a very unsanitary situation. In your Koln hotel, the staff do not know some information (restaurant, for example) in and around the hotel. |

Localisation of the hotel is good ( a bit mid of the hill) , close to Zurich HBf and old town and bus stop is in front of the hotel. Open buffet breakfast is good which you can find various cheese types, jams, honey, muesli, yogurt, boiled egg etc. The room does not have any air condition thus, it was hot..but large enough and clean. |

The front desk staff are very friendly, helpful and considerate. We are very satisfied with this hotel The only problem we have is that there is no air conditioner in the room so it was very hot all night. |
