Friendlieness on the reception and breakfast services. Quiet place, even if it's placed in the downtown. Interesting location if you travel the country by train Free Internet Services connection. Today the cost for an hotel about this service is nothing and make a service to clients |

Location of hotel very convenient for transport links, between train station and bus stop. Weather was very good!!! Waitresses at breakfast very pleasant Hotel was quite noisy, could hear the trains during the night. As it is a business hotel, people were arriving late at night, up early to go out for meetings, corridor outside room was laminate floor therefore noisy footsteps. Restaurant not good value for money. Hotel cost was expensive for service received, our room although large was quite dated, needs refurbishment. |

The excellent staff, the splendid room with balcony, the super breakfast and the overall feeling of being cared for. The location is superb: opposite train station (but no discernible noise), very close to tram stops and a few minutes' walk from LAke Geneva. |

The Receptionist was very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. Seafood was fantastic. Breakfast was included in the price - this is not the case in most hotels in Montreaux and this influenced our choice of location and hotel. |

Das Zimmer war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und stets sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Ein sehr mageres Frühstücksbuffet. Schlechter Service beim Frühstück. Während dem Frühstück wurden bereits die Tische für das Mittagessen vorbereitet. Es kam keine Nachfrage des Servicepersonal, ob noch weiterer Bedarf nach Kaffee, Tee, etc. bestehe. Die Wurstwaren waren nicht ordnungsgemäss gekühlt. |

Bahnhofnähe, schöne Zimmer, sauberes, gepflegtes Hotel, Schöner Wellness -Bereich, zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig, wir waren sehr begeistert, Preis-Leistung stimmt sehr. Frühstücksbuffet eher mittelprächtig. |

Accueil particulièrement professionnel, attentionné et compétent. Chambre bien agencée, avec balcon. Salle de bain extrêmement propre. Petit déjeuner copieux. Au 5° étage : grand salon/bibliothèque avec grand écran tv, terrasse panoramique, jacuzzi en plein air, Spa, bar... Situation très centrale à deux pas de la gare et des commerces. |

La posizione in centro città. Il parking nell'albergo. La scelta di ristoranti. La possibilità di un fitness-room. Personale molto cordiale. Temperatura nelle camere non regolabile; faccieva troppo freddo. Il parchetto a moquette non ci piace. |
