I did not like anything!! I did not like the fact that they didi not change bedsheet during my stay there for 6 nights!!!!!!!!!!!! also the hotel staff was not polite at all!! when the breakfast was almost finished they did not bother to refill the trays!! |

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, saubere, moderne Zimmer. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Restaurant, das Frühstück bietet viel Auswahl und es wurde immer wieder nachserviert (auch noch um 10:30 Uhr am Sonntagmorgen). Wellness heisst im Hotel Blume eine grosse Wanne mit frischem Thermalwasser: einfach herrlich zum entspannen! Wir haben den Eindruck, dass das Hotelpersonal die hier beschriebenen negativen Komentare zu Herzen genommen haben, denn es wurden scheinbar alle Mängel behebt. Einfach zu empfehlen! |

よかった点はただの１件もない。 スパりぞートが売り物だったが、１階のスパは閉鎖しており、スタッフに駐車場を訪ねても教えてくれもしなか- った。スパがあるのでバスタブがなくても良いと思ったが、ない上にデゥシェで踏んだり蹴ったりだった。朝食- は２階の廊下にずらりと並んだ食卓で取らされた。こんなホテルは見たこともない。 |

Sehr schöner Innenhof (Atrium) Ruhige Lage, nette Mitarbeiter Für den Anspruch ein etwas mageres Frühstücksbuffet. Auf den Zimmern darf zwar nicht geraucht werden, aber dafür im Atrium und dort ist auch der Restaurant und Frühstücksbereich. |
