This hotel is simple but immaculate and with a beautiful view on the lake. Very nice location, amiable staff, perfect for a short stay. |

Everything in this hotel were amazing, Staff, location, food, lake view, close to the Olympic musesm, highly recomended hotel to any one in the world. Their local resturant price is very expensive for dinner, thats it but rather than that its amazing hotel. |

Almost nothing Brakfast is almost unexistant; waiter is always absent, and when is back has a scorn face clearly not happy to see you there. Ladies at the reception are more busy with taking calls than with helping you with the check-in / check-out or even giving you a key on your return. On top of all it is really noisy - rooms are not sound proofing at all, you practically hear how the maid is breathing in the corridor. |

nice position, close to parking and to metro to downtown. Once arrived i got a smooking room but they change to not smoking room.Breakfast buffet simply but included in the rate |

The location for business or pleasure reasons was good. Staff were pleasant. I personally did not like the pillows on the beds. |

Convenient to free metro and lake. Lakeside room had a balcony facing Lake Geneva. Excellent reception staff, good restaurant with assistance on menu selection which was in French. |

Easy to locate on the waterfront with great views, close to the free train service up into the main town and within walking distance of the Olympic HQ. Rooms were of a good standard, public carpark a short walk away but unloading was fine at the front door. |

It was very conveniently located at the lakeside and very near the ferry and the metro station Our room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke, even though we had requested a non-smoking room. When we requested a room change we were told there were no other rooms available, even though it is a large hotel and was obviously not full. Also, the only window we had was a small velux that did not open fully. |

It is close to the beach and metro. There are a good park near the hotel. The public parking place is good. The room seems a little small compared to other hotel with same price and seems not clean. |

Location is great - the lake and metro station is just feets away. Also, receptionist was very friendly and cooperative - although the hotel was fully booked and I made a mistake in my reservation (reserved it for the later day:), she managed to find a solution. Staff at the breakfast was a bit annoying, it was just minutes after 10am and they were hurrying up people to leave the hall... |
