The position, the reception staff and our room with a view and what a view!!!

The breakfast set up, very messy. If it had been busier it would have been chaotic.

Excellent location. Friendly and obliging staff. Fine view from front windows.

A tiny bit old-fashioned. Parking a problem, and even stopping outside to unload.

Excellent location, clean and comfort rooms, reasonable price

Breakfast could be better (no hot meals); liquid soap only in the bathroom (I prefer soap bar for washing hands and face), though it may be my personal complain.

frielndly and helpful staff, beautiful view over the lake, great location (literally 20 steps from the lake shore) the Olympic museum is just 200 metres away)

Not enough television channels in English. We stayed at several other hotels over our trip to Europe and the selection of English speaking channels was probably the weakest.

Great location near lake. Excellent wireless connection.

As it's an old building (but in good condition), the noise isolation is not so good. But people fortunately were quite silent in the hallway.

Location doesn't get any better, so very close to the metro station. Very impressed with the cleanliness. I booked the lake view room and it was fabulous. No issues at the time of check-in, it was a breeze. Reception staff were very forthcoming with information and took time to brief me about the wifi, breakfast timings etc. Also when asked for assistance with train schedules, they were very helpful. When I asked for access to a printer, I was handed over a key that lead to the internet room with printer facilities available and at no extra cost.

I agree with other guests, the breakfast can be improved.

Location - good view over the lake. Conveniently placed close to Metro line. (Complementary ticket for the Metro was an unexpected bonus). The (free) Wi-Fi in the room was a plus for me.

No electricity plug next to the bed.

Avoid "Le Pirate" restaurant if at all possible, staff are arrogant and intolerant of non french speaking guests. Very disappointed that this detracted from a very nice hotel

The location and style is perfect. Staff are very polite and cooperative. Just few steps to very useful metro and then to all over the city.

The room had a great view of the lake

It was a most enjoyable stay. The hotel was very comfortable and had great views out over the lake. The restaurant was good value and the service excellent.

Location & access to Metro Friendly service Clean & comfortable

All good - could perhaps offer a wider range of cheaper meals in Restaurant. Also, there was very little public seating space. We were an extended family group and would have liked to be able to meet in spaces other than our rooms or the restaurant.

We stayed in room 511 which has its own balcony with an outdoor table - a little too cold to stay out there but the view of the lake was fantastic. A great location for walking along the lakefront and very close to the Olympic Museum and many lakeview restaurants.

The restaurant was very good but not cheap!

Lake view rooms are on the front just above a very busy street, not very peaceful! Room was just OK, price very high for the quality of the room but it had a view.

location and balcony view are a big bonus and of course the price which included breakfast

The breakfast is terrible, but they will not discount the room if you do not wantt breakfast. The staff was unfriendly. The lifts are terrible.
