Beautiful mountain setting right next to the ski area gondola. We had a small balcony room. The balcony was perfect for an evening glass of wine and relaxation. Breakfast was very good. English speaking hosts /staff were fantastic. Great experience. |

The hosts/owners were so kind and accomodating! They met and returned me to the train station, offered a "welcome drink" on arrival as it was late, I was tired and obviously needed this good cheer! All my questions and requests were answered quickly and patiently. The setting is spectacularly beautiful, yet the hotel itself felt cozy and homey. The breakfast was delightful, and the big bathroom with bathtub a great luxury. The only thing, and this is very personal, as I am a quiet nut, is that there was a kind of rock/pop music playing in the cafe all day and into the evening, and though not at all loud, and the cafe staff quickly turned it down when I requested it, I would have preferred the quiet of the countryside to music as a background sound. |

Ski lift out front door, excellent staff (Dominique helped us with everything including meal reservations, skiing, and sledding). Great location, amazing room views. Breakfast simple but good. Limited check-in times (not a negative, just need to be aware of it, we almost messed up on this one). |

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. He made our children feel so welcome and special. He booked trips and ski lessons for us and was full of local information. He lent us sledges so we could sled straight from the front door! He went our of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay with them. We really had a fantastic stay in his hotel, and would definitely return. |
