Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The room was nice. The location was good in the old city center. The price was reasonable. The wifi was good. Although apparently clean, the towels smelled very bad, like the clean ones were stored with the dirty ones. I asked for new ones, but they were the same. I actually washed the towel with hand soap and dried it on the register so I could use it. I wiped my hands on the curtains so they didn't smell bad. The fact that there is no staff at the hotel site makes handling any problem very difficult. the walk up the circular stairway was difficult - many people would not be able to do it with bags. The water pressure on the 3rd floor was very low. The room ceiling was low. There was no closet or armoire for clothes storage - only two hangers on a rod. |

Very good location in the town center, camfortable with private bathroom,handy small kitchenette and internet,quiet and clean. The last floor,no elevator and difficult with heavy suitcases,noisy pigeons on the roof |

Immediate warmth and approachable nature of all staff, such a welcome change from typical Swiss attitude of hotel staff. It felt homely, yet still cool and funky. It was great! |

Chambre studio où il y a eu petite kitchenette pour se faire à manger si on le souhaite. Décoration . En plein centre de Neuchâtel. Pas de personnel le lundi. Allez chercher les clés au bar d'à coté. |

Das Hotel und seine Angestellten sind recht flexibel. Das ist vor allem für die Leute ein Vorteil, die selbst auch flexibel sind. Andere ärgern sich vielleicht darüber. Es ist sehr, sehr laut. Das liegt nicht am Hotel selbst, sondern an der Bar direkt darunter sowie an Bauarbeiten, welche das zweite Jahr in Folge an diesem Ort stattfanden. |

Gepflegtes Ambiente für den eher kleinen Geldbeutel. Kein Luxus, aber mit der kleinen Küche und WLAN kann man sich schon heimisch fühlen. Freundliches mehrsprachiges Personal. Die Rezeption ist eher selten besetzt (dann aber telefonisch erreichbar). |
