Location is great, right in the center. There is a bar downstairs open late (for Neuchatel). Friendly staff. No shampoo or soap in the shower. No elevator and narrow stairs makes it quite difficult to get your luggage in the room. |

The location Broken bed and poor furnishings. No proper curtains so we were obliged to lean spare matresses against the window to block out the daylight.Electrical fittings and lights poor and possibly dangerous with sockets that didn't work. Dirty kitchen equipment. We left after one night and got refund. Worst European hotel that I've stayed in for a long time. |

Hotellin sijainti oli huonolla paikalla. Parkkipaikkaa ei ollut. Kaupungin yöelämä oli todella hirveän meluisaa( kännisten huutoa ja öykkäröintiä pihalla kahteen asti yöllä.) Paikka sopii nuorelle interrailaajalle ei lapsiperheelle. |

Schöne Lage im Zentrum. Es ist ein schönes kleines Zimmer. Gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist schlecht gewartet. Auf Beschwerden wird nur sehr langsam eingegangen und meist muss man sich mit einer Erklärung zufriedengeben wieso etwas nicht funktioniert. |
