Comfortable and not far from the lake

Had kitchennette with kettle/fridge in the room but a sign on the door said if we used the facilities we would be charged 40 chf per night, so we didnt use it! It should be free

The site of the hotel is pretty well, near by the main station Geneve. The hotel also gives us 2 tram/bus 2 day pass for the city touring with 1 night stay.

Having the kitchenette in the room was very much appreciated. Also, the transport cards were a very nice touch.

The bed was a bit hard for our tastes.

We liked having a balcony, but were unable to make much use of it due to inclement weather. We loved the "free" transport pass. Our son and family had a suite and we really liked the small kitchen included in one of the rooms.

The cost of breakfast! You should offer deals including breakfast. We found Geneva very expensive.

Hotel at good location, just one tram station from Geneve train station. Take Tram No.10 'Nation' direction, or by walk 10 min.

Breakfast is rather expensive. Geneve is a business city not much to see, also not as clean and neat as the other Swiss cities, a bit disappointed.

Very helpful and polite stuff. They gave us a free public transport card so we could go anywhere in Geneva without paying anything. Very clean and in 10 minutes you are in the centre of Geneva on foot. Two minutes from the train station to the airport. The best choice if you are going to Geneva.

Fantastic hotel. We were upgraded to an Exec suite on top floor with outstanding views of the mountains and the town from a balcony. Very comfortable stay with a luxurious feel. Geneva is expensive generally but by comparison for us booking through Booking.com (&upgrade) this was great value for money! Parking is additional and expensive, but safe and locked under hotel. Great location for Geneva. We were given restaurant discount vouchers for 3 hotels in chain and 2 free travel passes for 2 days. Would recommend and stay here again.

Reception staff all courteous friendly willing to help and very professional, all were very conversant in English. Seating area in Foyer, had little private nooks and plenty of seating. Close to Central station. Very quiet even though room faced railwayline. Free travel card for our stay.

Stair to lifts, doors in front of lifts needed larger viewing window to see when lifts arrived.

Good sized rooms, clean and comfortable.

Hotel backs onto the main railway line and can be a little noisy.

The Staff were brilliant. Extremely helpful and pleasant.

We arrived at 10pm via the railway station and emerged onto a street where there was groups of young people hanging out on the corner and some were fighting. This was very disconcerting.

lifts are tiny small, A/C was not cooling enough so the room was a bit hot

Most of the staff at the desk were helpful, the location is good for walking to a lot of different places.

The hotel had some sort of water repairs that they were working on when we checked in so we did not have water for the first 4-5 hours. I understand that problems occur but they barely mentioned it to us and was not willing to make any extra efforts to help with not having water. And our room was next to the train tracks so you could hear trains very early in the morning!

The staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and very reasonable when there was a mixup in the booking.
