room was at the backside of the hotel near the train tracks, although it was triple windows, the noise was to loud

Modern, good location.

Reception staff all courteous friendly willing to help and very professional, all were very conversant in English. Seating area in Foyer, had little private nooks and plenty of seating. Close to Central station. Very quiet even though room faced railwayline. Free travel card for our stay.

Stair to lifts, doors in front of lifts needed larger viewing window to see when lifts arrived.

Good sized rooms, clean and comfortable.

Hotel backs onto the main railway line and can be a little noisy.

The Staff were brilliant. Extremely helpful and pleasant.

We arrived at 10pm via the railway station and emerged onto a street where there was groups of young people hanging out on the corner and some were fighting. This was very disconcerting.

lifts are tiny small, A/C was not cooling enough so the room was a bit hot

Most of the staff at the desk were helpful, the location is good for walking to a lot of different places.

The hotel had some sort of water repairs that they were working on when we checked in so we did not have water for the first 4-5 hours. I understand that problems occur but they barely mentioned it to us and was not willing to make any extra efforts to help with not having water. And our room was next to the train tracks so you could hear trains very early in the morning!

The staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and very reasonable when there was a mixup in the booking.

Neighborhood

I liked everything there. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are the best.

Right on Rue de Lausanne, 5 min walk from Railway station, executive suite was very clean, well furnished & luxurious, bathroom was fully fitted with all amenities, reception & lobby wz pleasant, close to nice eateries

Parking is a big issue. I would recommend that people don't go their with cars. Tiny bathroom. Tiny elevator...an American would definitely be shocked in term of space

Location is central, and the tram stop for the un Palais right at the door step. Short distance to railway station

Small and unmodern lifts leads to unnecessary waiting. There are no service lifts, so the cleaners and hotel personell are using the ordinary lifts. Stairs are therefore the selected option.

We arrived vary late after 36 hrs of travelling thanks to delayed flights etc. The receptionist - Frederique - was fast efficient and friendly. The family room was perfect, the rooms clean, lovely linen, inexhaustable supplies of hot water. Espresso machine, fridge and microwave. Really easy walk to the old city. Wide range buffet breakfast with very fresh ingedients.

Some of the fixtures and fitting looking well used. Morning receptionist not overly converned that we had been unable to drain either of our sinks due to failure of the plug plunger.

I loved the location of the hotel and the rooms nice and clean

We stayed in the first floor the sound and the vibration coming from the passing metro were a bit disturbing I believe that the higher floors would be much quiter
