Hotellpersonalet er serviceminded, korrekte og vennlige. Hotellet er sentralt plassert i Geneve med kort avstand til offentlig kommunikasjon - en stor fordel. Atmosfæren er rolig og avslappet. Frokosten er passe "porsjonert", hvor en kan velge i en del varianter av pålegg; tilstrekkelig. |

The location was good. It was close to the train station and the tram stop. It was 10 min walk from the lake. It was inconvenient that the WC and the Bathrooms were separate. |

Location was good - Staff were polite and spoke good english. Room was very clean & modern. On main street but with no noise. Breakfast could have been cheaper - also carparking cost. |

Convenient location, close to Railway station and therefore easy access to public transport which is free for tourists. Lake is just 5 min wlk. The Paquis part of Geneva starts at Rue de Lausanne and is somewhat unpleasant at night (sex shops etc) but you can avoid walking along it. |

Friendly staff, modern style hotel, 20 minute walk into city, although a good tram service from outside the hotel. A little bit of noise from the the main rail line that runs behind the hotel |

The hotel's staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for both, the train station and the town. Our room offered excellent views and we particularly liked the mini-kitchenette in one of the cup-boards. |

Quiet room, close to train station, very nice bathroom, modern design It is not possible to access to the spa/hammam of the Royal Manotel, unlike stated on this site. This is charged 25 swiss francs. |

Location was good being near to the train station and city center. Room was very clean and good decor. Too noisy - room backed onto the railway line and was next to the lift. Difficult to sleep and had to keep the television on to mask the train noise. Because of the passing trains it was not possible to open the windows. Food/drink was very expensive. Overrated for a four star hotel. |

clean,room size is good, near the train station. far from the lake, our rooms were facing another buliding ! i think the kitchen is right under us because every morning there was a very bad smell in the room stays for hours . |

5 minute walk to train station. Modern design. Must go up stairs to get to lifts. Some of the staff did not seem very warm. TV is very small and in the corner and there is wasted space where it could be put right in front of the bed. |

Excellent location, cute modern design, coziness of the hotel, although facing the main street the rooms were very silent, nice and clean facilities. Also fair price for the 4 stars hotel. Perfect for a weekend trip to the city |
