Location and helpful staff

Breakfast too expensive. Rooms facing rails can be noisy at night

Near to the main train station, just 6 minutes by train from the airport. The hotel is located near the city centre and offers you free access to busses and trams during your stay.

Rooms are quite small.

This was a great surprise. We booked the Hotel for its price and location close to the train station (a five minute walk) and were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel itsef. It was modern, attractive,clean, and with wonderful amenities.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. It was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I would recommend.

Very clean and staff are excellent

I like the breakfast and location of the hotel but there were problems with the ventilation in the room.

We were travelling on a weekend tour. We liked everithing at the hotel: service, location (just next to Geneva Central Station, 5 minutes walking to Leman Lake, 15 minutes walking to Place du Moulard), cleanness (room was really nice and clean)... And also the price. Geneva -Switzerland at all- is really expensiven at list for Spanish people-. But Manotel Auteuil was really good value. I´ts located in a very lively street, with lot´s of restaurants, brasseries and convenience shops near. It´s easy to rent a car around the hotel, there are several rent offices around. Special thanks to Mrs. Sophie, from reception. She was one of the most professional employees I´ve seen travelling around the world. Perfect Spanish and English spoken, always smiling and helping. The other employees also attentive and charming. But I just had not the opportunity to deal with them. I strongly recommend this hotel!!

Our room was railway-sight, so we had a bit of noise but it was acceptable, as during the night trains did´nt run. Not a big problem...

Great location with brilliant facilities - family room offered more than we expected with fridge, microwave etc. Only stayed one night but had a great time!

It was impossible to regulate the temperature of the rooms to a reasonable level - they were way too hot! Maybe there was a March heatwave but it could be uncomfortable and airless especially at night!

Good for shot stay

Very comfortable room with excellent kitchenette. Staff where very friendly and more then happy to help and point us in the right direction. Highly recomend

The room was clean, bathroom was recently renovated.

There was no rooms with a double bed, expensive parking, rooms facing the railroads and you can hear the trains although the windows are closed and you can't open it without asking the staff.
