The family-friendly Hotel Badus in Andermatt is easily reachable by train and by car from the Gotthard road and offers a wide range of summer and winter recreational activities. Downhill and cross-country skiing, mountaineering, hiking, steam train rides (in summer) are some of the numerous activities. Individual parking spaces and a covered garage are available. You can taste a "Flambi-Spieß" (specialty dish cooked on the table), a beef filet or a cheese fondue in the Hotel Badus' charming restaurant or on the inviting, sunny terrace. Guests can visit the museum in Andermatt, the Gotthard museum, enjoy the panoramic views from the Gemsstock mountain and explore the Devil's Bridge (half a mile away). The hotel is very close to the centre of the village and the garage is perfect for motorcycles. The rooms are really large!!

Convenient to train station and downdown restaurants. Has an elevator. Hoel restaurant does not preference guests and has only a daily special menu. Bed is not particularly comfortable and very thin pillows.

Hôtel étape pour voyage vers l'Italie (proche st Gothard) mais sans plus. Petit-déj. Simple mais correct. Chambre simple, dépouillée (mobilier "usé"). Toute petite salle de bain. Personnel correct mais pas très causant et souriant. Connaitre l'allemand est indispensable pour se faire comprendre. Chambre très chère pour 1 nuit et petit-déj. Rapport qualité/confort/vue/lieu). Bientôt plus de vue possible sur les montagnes car construction d'un énorme immeuble juste en face (!).

Ik was op fietsvakantie in Zwitserland samen met een vriend. Het bed was een beetje klein en bestond wel uit 2 matrassen, maar ook uit 1 frame (waardoor we de bedden niet iets uitelkaar konden zetten). We hadden alleen een simple douche en een heel kleine TV. Het ontbijt was sober: ik nam af en toe eigen eten (mulsi) mee.

Verouderde (gezins)kamer die niet overeen kwam met de foto's/voorbeelden op de internetsite van hotel Badus. Ook het ontbijt was gezien de prijs ondermaats.

Wij hebben overnacht in Hotel Badus op de heenreis naar Italië. Het hotel ligt op de Gotthardpas. Om er te komen rij je al prachtig door het berggebied met de nodige haarspeldbochten. Het plaatsje Andermatt is erg gezellig met een supermarkt, bank en verschillende eettentjes. Hotel Badus is echt een prima plek om te overnachten

La chambre est grande, la literie est bien. Le restaurant est agréable. La proximité du centre.L'accueil est agréable. L'ascenseur aurait besoin d'être rénové, il s'en dégage une odeur pas agréable. La salle de bain assez exigûe ne permettait la place du lavabo et de ce fait il se trouvait dans la chambre et la glace au-dessus est positionnée un peu trop haut pour ceux qui mesurent 1m60.

Nette Mitarbeiter,gute Ausstattung,lecker Küche! Leider noch Baustelle gegenüber,hat aber nicht sehr gestört.Der Zimmertresor lag bloss im Schrank,konnte also mit Inhalt entfernt werden.na ja.

Wij hebben op doorreis naar Italie enkel overnacht en ontbeten. Daarom kunnen wij ons geen goed beeld vormen. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Het is jammer dat je momenteel uitkijkt op een bouwput.

Handig overnachtinghotel op doorreis naar Italie. Jammer dat er tegenover het hotel een giga luxe hotelcomplex gebouwd wordt. Andermatt is een leuke plaats en bij mooi weer is het alleen maar genieten.

L accueil est remarquable et en plus ils parlent aussi français. La nourriture était très bonne. Hôtel très simple par rapport à d autres hôtels suisses. Très bien pour des courts séjours ou pour des familles à petits budgets.

Albergo che definirei più una Pensione che un Hotel.Il bagno piccolissimo senza finestra nè aspiratore consisteva in una doccia e un wc. Il lavandino è in camera!! Arredo vecchio e spazio limitato per riporre I propri indumenti. L'unica cosa positiva è che è pulito.Il prezzo è assolutamente inadeguato a quanto viene offerto.

Die Hotelmitarbeiter haben extra früh das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet vorbereitet, damit wir Skitourenfahrer den ersten Zug nehmen konnten. Wir suchten weder besondere Einrichtungen für Wellnes, noch enormen Konfort oder Luxus. Ein geräumiges sauberes Zimmer, Nahe des Bahnhofs, waren die Hauptauswahlkriterien.
