Baeren Hotel, The Bear Inn  

The view of the mountains from our bedroom window. Also the large bathroom with 2 washhand basins.

We were not impressed with dinner. We thought it was poor value for money and not as good as when we stayed in 2001.

Hotel staff was very helpful. Room had basic amenities with a decent shower. You get bus/train passes for two days though we did not use them as we had a rental car. The retaurant in the hotel is good.

Room was in the 3rd floor with steep steps.

Good staff - and good to excellent rooms. Very good location.

We did have fun with the restaurant - this year's menu was not yet in English - however, after help from the staff we got some excellent food.

Nice hotel

I thought it was a bit closer to Wilderswil station, also my recollection was that they would pick us up if we rang - however that was not the case.

أصوات الخشب مزعجة قليلاً خاصة لمن يستيقظ لصلاة الفجر فسيوقظ حتى الأطفال الحمام صغير.

Dringend renovatie nodig!

Le coté cosy,atmosphère ancienne et chaleureuse dommage qu il n y ait plus autant de nounours qu,avec les anciens propriétaires très calme a 15 minutes de grindelwald,cuisine excellente:viandes mais aussi poisson bien cuisiné et plats végétariens

Nieuwe eigenaren, wij hadden gerenoveerde kamers. Hotel met fijne Zwitsers sfeer. Prijzen in het restaurant zijn helaas veel te hoog.

Dimensione della camera, WiFi, qualità colazione, specialmente le bevande caffé incluso!

Bagno un pò piccolo, senza bidet.

Die Empfang war gut, die Lage ist bekannt und sehr funktionell. Es war super fur mich, weil ich eine Hochzeit beiwohnte in Meiringen und ich war froh etwas unkompliziertes zu erleben in der Baeren. Ich komme schon seit 25 Jahre auf dem Ried in Wilderswil und kenne die Baeren wohl, fur eine Nacht kann es zuviel sein ein grosses Chalet zu heizen. Vielen Dank! Corrie Sullivan-Okkerse

Alles war gut! Ich war um 10.30 Uhr unten und das normale Fruhstuck war weggeraumt, stattdesse konnte man nur eine Gourmet Brunch bestellen. Ich wollte nur ein Gipfel und Kaffee und das nicht fur Sfr. 32.-. Glucklicherweise war der Maitre D sehr nett und ein Kaffee und Gipfel war mir gegonnt.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado fica a 600m da estação de trêm de Wilderswill, o local é muito tranquilo e agradável e a vista para os Alpes é maravilhosa. A decoração é muito típica da região e bem agradável. Tem restaurante que é muito bom e não é caro para a região.

O Hotel é antigo e muito sucetível a ruídos de outros quartos com ranjidos e passos, se tem sono leve isso pode ser um problema. O café da manha poderia ser um pouco mais completo.

ユングフラウよっほが見える部屋で、浴槽もあり、とても満足。チェックイン時に、Booking.comの予約をホテルが認識していなかったようで、空き部屋がいくつもなかったらしく、運よく、ホテルで一- 番良い、広い部屋でした。ちなみに、浴槽のある部屋は２室しかないとか。レストランは美味でした。

ほかの宿泊客、インド人の家族の団体の足音が一晩中うるさかった。
