Wir waren in der Wohnung Olive, da wir mit unserem kleinen Hund angereist sind. Es handelt sich um ein außergewöhnliches Objekt mit Bestlage in Lugano. Die Wohnung hat zwei Terrassen, wobei eine einen kleinen Gartenanteil hat, was ideal für einen Hund ist. Auf beiden Terrassen hat man eine Traumsicht auf den Luganeser See. Die Barony ist auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar. Hierbei ist insbesondere in der Wohnung Olive der Weg zur Bushaltestelle extrem kurz (ca. 50m). Die Ausstattung mit Marmorbad und Stilmöbeln ist außergewöhnlich. Super Location!

Barony Pergole is a castle-like 5-star self-catering residence in Castagnola near Lake Lugano, set amid a large Mediterranean garden at the end of a private dead-end road. From June till September access is available on request and for a surcharge to a shared indoor pool with a 459 ft² sunbathing terrace in front with sun loungers, table tennis and panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the nearby mountains. The property consists of luxurious apartments with a balcony or terrace (some covered) with deckchairs and dining table, bathrooms with white marble, mosaic or Italian designer tiles, kitchens with dishwasher and a TV with cable or satellite channels, air conditioning and free WiFi. Each apartment has a separate entrance to ensure privacy and safety. A washing machine (some with integrated dryer) can be found in each apartment. A dryer for shared use is available as well. The owner lives on site. The lake with municipal pier for boats and lake access for swimmers is reachable within 427 feet via a private street and steps down to the lake. 2 restaurants and the San Domenico Bus Stop can be found 1148 feet . The footpath to Gandria is 1312 feet, and Lido San Domenico is 1969 feet. The Monte Brè funicular, the large Lido Lugano, a tennis court, a fitness center, and various supermarkets are between 1.2 and 0.9 mi. The center of Lugano is 1.6 mi away. Private parking is available on site against a surcharge.
