Near to train central station and the tram station is just at door step. Free day ticket for public transport, stay for children, luggages storage, etc. No basic facilities i.e. microwave and kettle, at least at common area. |

Location next to Basel SBB Banhof is excellent and good tram connections can be made very easy Staff attention and hospitality (front desk) can be improved.Font desk area can be better designed to improve an open / friendly / hospitable reception area |

Very modern and quiet hotel with excellent location close to Basel SSB Bahnhof and served by two tram lines (2 & 16). Walk from Bahnhof or take tram 2 or 16 which is free with a copy of hotel reservation. Additional local transportation is free with card issued by hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet (CHF 15 extra). Very helpful multilingual staff. Multiple English TV channels plus most all European languages. Definitely will stay again when in Basel. |

Convenient walking distance to railway station and airport shuttle bus. Comfortable bed and impeccably clean washroom with large shower. Table area minimal. Perhaps this could be improvbed by incorporation a fold-down table in space available. |

Room was small, but new and clean; fine for an economy hotel. There was no bathtub, but a nice shower. Location near the main train station was just what I needed, as I was travelling by public transportation. The entrance to the hotel was not clearly identified at ground level, and I walked past it at least once before concluding that it must be the hotel. (There is a sign on the top of the building.) |

Nice modern design, simple, no-fuss hotel. Free public transport in Basel was a nice plus. Missed free internet access, which has become standard in many hotels. The reception would not borrow me an adaptor to my laptop, only sale of adaptor was offered, which I turned down for the short period of use. |

New and clean hotel at a walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was great. Rooms were not very big but could fit a baby cot. Parking in the building was very handy. No baby chairs available at the breakfast area. |

Very clean and modern hotel. Newly renovated. Well located 30 seconds from Tram #16 to downtown. The breakfast was expensive, but it is optional. |

This hotel in a historic listed building in the old town of Basel enjoys a central and very quiet location, close to the university and the cantonal hospital. |
The Dorint Hotel Basel is situated next to the trade fair grounds and the congress hall, close to the city centre, the train station Badischer Bahnhof and the EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg. |
Opening at the end of September 2009, this attractive and modern hotel is part of the Stücki Shopping and Leisure Centre in the Basle district of Kleinhüningen. |
As its name implies, the Hotel Central is located right in the heart of Basel, across from the main train station and offers you comfortable rooms at reasonable rates. |
