The comfort of room and its cleanines and sheer simplicity. Hotel receptionist not very ettiquetted and welcoming. No help for carrying luggage etc. I have stayed in Ibis Singapore, it was much better than Zurich Ibis in terms of services. |

E' nel centro di Basilea e i mezzi pubblici (peraltro gratuiti con la carta offerta dall'albergo) sono superflui per girare la Città. Camere spaziose e pulite, inoltre colazione ottima ed abbondante (anche se pagata a parte circa 20 euro/persona), Leggera lentezza nel recuperare la macchina dal parking dell'albergo (circa 1 ora, con consegna gestita dal Concierge), ma era la settimana di Natale e molti ospiti stavano entrando/uscendo dall'albergo |

La ubicación es ideal, junto a la Marketplatz en la que se encuentra el ayuntamiento y una parada de tranvía que comunica con toda la ciudad y alrededores, y a la vez muy tranquilo y silencioso. Nuestra habitación (dos + cama supletoria) era estupenda. |

Det var en meget sentral beliggenhet mht å nå de vesentlige attraksjonene i Basel Det hadde vært OK om forkost var inkludert i prisen. At det ikke er inkludert har jeg faktisk mun opplevd i USa, der man ikke har forkostrom på hotellene |

Zentrale und ruhige Lage, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit freundlicher und sprachgewandter (international) Bedienung, Zugang zu zwei typisch Baslerischen, aber doch unterschiedlichen Restaurants, die auch von der Straße zugänglich sind. |

hôtel bien centré, facile d'accès (sauf escalier d'entrée avec des valises !), chambre déjà libre à 12h, très apprécié. Gentillesse du personnel. la réception étriquée, peu accueillante, le personnel débordé. Pas d'Au revoir lorsqu'on quitte l'hôtel. Chambre pas très bien isolée des autres (TV dans d'autres chambres dérangeantes le soir) |
