The staff moved me from the ground floor when I requested it due to the noise outside (I was in an accessible room). The staff were helpful and patient.

There was no air conditioning and it was not possible to leave the window open at night due to men in the courtyard calling loudly to each other and slamming vehicle doors with no regard for hotel guests who might be sleeping.

The hotel is close (about 300 m) from the main station and very close to an important bus stop where one can take buses or trams and reach every place in zurich. The hotel is also very close to the Lanmat river and the lake and there is a huge number of restaurants in the neighbours.

Breakfast is not completely satisfactory.

It is practicle to have the safe in the room. The hotel has good location not far from the railway station and from the business center. I've been several times in this hotel and I am coming back, not because of comfort, but because of good location and relativelly good price.

I had "Single Room Superior", but there is no mini bar or fridge in the room, no air condition, no wardrobe, no chest box for linen, just some racks.

- location is great: very central, 5min walk from the railway station and less than 10 in walk from the centre. Modern hotel. Good breakfast with a large variety of breads. Hotel reception lady (Sabine?) was very helpful and provided a lot of info about the city.

- price was high, but perhaps this is normal for Swiss stadards
