Lo staff e' stato molto gentile. Da apprezzare l'aiuto otenuto relativo ai passi montani piu' importanti della zona. Ottimi anche i suggerimenti culinari. |

Curato, pulito, cortesia nel sevizio, Silenzioso, bellissima vista sulle Alpi Svizzere. Ottimo confort. Al centro di Airolo ( paese quieto e bello sotto il passo del San Gottardo), ben raggiungibile. Estetica ed arredamento moderni, curati, impeccabili. Un ottimo punto di partenza per salire al Passo del Gottardo o per escursioni sulle montagne circostanti. |

very good location near St. Gottardo Tunnel. Warm room with excellent shower. Ok breakfast with fresh bread (sunday morning) and possible to have breakfast from 7.30pm Had to pay with cash. Credit card not excepted. Fortunately we had the euros. also did not like that Hotel waas removed from bookings.com website which neccesitated a telephone call to ensure booking was secure. |

Easy to find, good location Hotel is very simple, I'd rather say it is 2 stars than 3 - you have minimum what is needed and it's fine, but it is definetely not 3 stars hotel |

The view from the hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpfull, room was extremely clean with a very comfortable bed & the breakfast was very relaxed with a good selection of breakfast dishes. No, everything was more than satisfactory. |

Convenient off the highway in a small village with free parking if available. Just south of the Gottard tunnel in a small village and so easy to find. Great mountain and valley views from the balcony. Can walk to basic restaurants. A little over priced but maybe that is just Switzerland! |

Sehr saubere Zimmer und guter Standard. Direkt im Ort mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Optimal für die Zwischenübernachtung. Keine EC oder Kreditkarte möglich, da "defekt". |

Autobahnnähe, gute Betten, gut zu erreichen, ruhige aber zentrale Lage, Parkplatz am Hotel Frühstück sehr spartanisch (u.a.Aufbackbrötchen, offensichtlich auch mehrfach). Man kann trotz Schild an der Rezeption mit Karte zahlen (nachfragen). Vorabinfo über Zuzahlung für Hund wäre gut gewesen. |

Prima verblijf gehad, zeer goede ligging als doorreis hotel op weg naar Italië, kamers prima (bed, televisie, badkamer) ontbijt was een beetje karig, wij waren niet de eersten aan het ontbijt maar zagen dat gasten die enkele minuten eerder aan tafel waren croissants aten. Op de vraag of dat wij deze ook konden krijgen waren ze "op". Jammer... |

Lokatie is perfect voor een doorreis naar Italie, alles was nettjes en personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Ontbijt is voldoende om je reis te kunnen voortzetten. |

dicht bij de Gottard. Geen parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel. Onze matrassen helden over naar achter. We zijn andersom moeten gaan liggen. Het hoofdkussen was heel plat. Nogal wat rumoerig buiten en op de gang. |

Behulpzaamheid personeel van de receptie was zeer goed. Op het moment dat wij vast stonden voor de Gotthardtunnel vanwege een ongeluk in de tunnel adviseerde hij ons de pass te nemen, dus over de tunnel, waardoor we niet in de file hoefde te wachten totdat de tunnel weer open ging. |

Ein- und Auschecken unkompliziert; Zustand der Zimmer (ich war zum dritten Mal dort) entspricht modernen Anforderungen; Fenster sind gut schallisoliert; Parken in Hotelnähe wird unterstützt (Parkgutscheine) Der Frühstücksservice sollte in "Stoßzeiten" verstärkt sein. |
