clean and friendly, excellent and helpful reception with a very warm welcome - good breakfast with very pleasant staff - room more than adequate for my business purposes very dark bar area on entrance from main road - perhaps this was just winter time? |

Very comfortable, great food, easy to use television (multi-language menus), beautiful views of the quaint town or Lake Geneva Too many steps for carrying luggage up and down; no ramps or elevators available. |

beautiful location, central with superb view of the lake. the bar and restaurant were not open, and hadn't been for some time. Breakfast room just manned by one waitress, who although attentive, was over worked and could not provide full breakfast facilities, Hot breakfast only available on weekdays. No shuttle to station or airport although advertised as such. |

The location ls excellent with wonderful views of Mt. Blanc across Lac Leman. Great selection of local restaurants, interesting shops annd sightseeing. Attractive and well preserved old building. Clean and well appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is chronically understaffed and appears to be catered out of a sister hotel. It took until 4pm to have our room made, despite leaving at 9.30am and hanging a request on the door. Similarly, the breakfast service was run a willing and charming woman who had no back-up whatsoever, even with every table occupied. I don't blame the staff. This is a management issue and falls short of what I would expect of a four star hotel. The breakfast buffet is only average in quality and choice and the bar appears to be permanently closed. Swiss tourism should reconsider the star rating. |

Very easily accessible by public transport, friendly and professional staff and a very comfortable room. Did not have room coffee making facilities (although there was a mini bar) and no full English offered |

Nyon is a pleasant location on the lake . Staff were helpful to find a meeting area . No refreshments available though . This stay was a disaster . The hotel was half closed ( no bar or restaurant ) yet this was not advised when booking . A 4 star hotel should be able to offer a drink to guests . The room claimed to be lake view but in reality faced sideways . There was no hot water on the last day .WiFi in the room was intermittent . Internet connection costs were far too high . |

Bord du lac, restaurants, bars et commerces à proximité. Excellent petit déjeuner. Connection internet et durée d'attente trop longue pour avoir de l'eau chaude pour le bain. Service room fermé très tôt. Pas de prix pour le champagne ! |

Henkilökunta osasi englantia, ja olivat hyvin auttavaisia. Huone oli ihanan tilava, ja sänky erinomainen. Ympäristö kaunis ja viihtyisä. Ullakkohuone oli pimeä, nihkeä valaistus. Pimeään vuodenaikaan kaipaa enemmän valoa. Aamiaisella olisi ollut mukavaa saada leipää. Hotelilla ei ole, ainakaan näkyvää, ympäristöohjelmaa. Huoneitten välinen äänieristys ei ole kovin hääppöinen, heräsin yöllä naapurihuoneen tv:n ääneen, onneksi oli korvatulpat mukana :) |

keine Autozufahrt zur Rezeption. Gepäck muss eien steile Treppe von der Durchgangsstraße zur Rezeptionsebene geshleppt werden. Staub unter den Betten und allen Möbeln. Zimmer wie eine Abstellkammer. |

het hotel is zwaar verouderd en kan in wezen gasten niet meer op het niveau van voorheen ontvangen. Het enige positieve punt is de locatie van het hotel zo vlak aan de oever van het meer van Geneve en het uit-zicht op de Mont Blanc aan de overzijde in Frankrijk. kamer slecht onderhouden, ontbijt beneden peil, service niet aanwezig! |
