Good location, friendly staff, nespresso coffe machine in the room, large selection of fresh items for breakfast, free shuttle within Nyon from the hotel. Rooms old fashioned with carpet although well maintained would need renovation

A very desirable period hotel, lovely building classic architecture, wonderfull lakeside views Sadly for the hotel very few guests, but that was good for us The price was costly due to the very bad exchange rate for the 'Swissie' almost 1chf to the pound

Beautiful spot, easy access to lovely buzzing restaurants and bars by foot. Idyllic setting and views. Several sight seeing spots on your doorstep. Hotel staff very accommodating. Air-conditioning and television for kids too. Although it was not the most modern looking facilities it was very nicely put together. Definitely highly recommend for location, value and overall experience fabulous.

The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was clean and the pillows were wonderful! The elevator doesn't go to the 4th floor so it was difficult (not devistating!)with two bags and be aware of the bigger then normal step out of the shower.,

Friendly and courteous staff. Very spacious room with beautiful view of the lake.Excellent choice at breakfast. It is not a cheap hotel though but we did benefit from a reduced rate.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for one week.we used it as a base to see Nyon , and also to go on the Ferry to see other places on the lake.we fell in love with Yvoire and spent a wonderful evening there and came Home on the last boat. That is what we called the hotel. It had everything we asked for and more. Anne

I loved the situation of the hotel and the view, also the staff were really nice and friendly, the breakfast was fine, served by smiling staff, couldnt ask for better. Also staff at reception were a credit to you and themselves.

The location is lovely. the view from the windows of Lac Leman was gorgeous and there were many good restaurants within easy walking distance. 1] Our room smelled of cat urine. 2] It was an apartment unit with a small kitchen and nespresso machine. The first two nespresso pods were free but they wanted to charge us 1.50chfs for any pods beyond those - for the entire stay. 3] When we checked out at 6:30 in the morning we were presented with a bill that included 5 or 6 charges for 'communications' at 4 chfs each. The night porter could neither explain the charges nor give us credit. 4] The carpet outside the third floor elevator was badly worn. It was too expensive a stay to have to see that every time I exited the elevator.

The hotel and staff were very accomomdating to us and our one year son. Upon arrival we received a room upgrade and the extra space was very much appreciated. The infant cot and bedding provided were very clean. The hotel is in a fantastic location overlooking the lake with good access to Nyon. Daily complimentary chocolates left in the room were an extra treat! Room service was not available on a Saturday or Sunday night. The room didn't have a kettle which we needed to heat baby bottles however the staff were more than happy to bring us hot water as necessary.

Was greeted very nicely by staff and upgraded to the junior suite. It was spacious pf course but the lobby and dining/bar areas were the most luxurios and impressive. Ordered very expensive room service and the meal was nothing special at all. The room was very old and outdated, although clean. Just makes me wonder what a normal room is like as I was in a suite...

Location was perfect for the business meeting I was attending. Close to several good dining options. Breakfast was very nice, and the dining room was lovely. Beds were very comfortable, and although the hotel is "old", the plumbing is all modern and the room was clean. Only one English-language television channel, cnn International, which got old very quickly. Housekeeping staff is gone by 11:00, so if you need anything, ask early. Carpet in the room had quite a few stains but it seemed clean otherwise.
