Location near the lake. Reception rooms were dark and unwelcoming. Nowhere to sit outside. Air-conditioning unit in the room did not function properly. Bottom of bath was chipped and required attention. Breakfast not up to 4 star standard and well below other 4 star hotels we have stayed at. |

Everything, the hotel staff we fabulous the view of the lake was spectacular the bed was massive and comfortable and we really liked the little touch of the chocolates on the pillow. The only thing I didn't like was the spot light outside the window, it meant we had to draw our curtains and couldn't wake up to the morning lake view without having to get up. |

The point of our stay was a 60th birthday celebration and we chose the hotel for its restaurant, where we planned a dinner for 11. The location, menus and ambience would have been just right. We were disappointed to find it was closed for August, for kitchen upgrade. |

They upgraded us to an apartment / flat with a nice view of the lake :-) The rooms were very large, and very clean. We saw the hotel car right outside the lobby. We asked when we checked in if someone could take us to the train station at 7:am the next morning. They said Mon-Fri yes, but they would have to check for Sat morning. We were going to walk, but when we woke up on Sat morning it was raining. We asked if someone could drive us, and we were told NO, altho there were 3 employees. A cab cost us $12 :-) |

Location. It's right at the lake in a nice, authentic Swiss village. View from the rooms with lake view is great. There is no outside dining or a terrace for having coffee/a drink. The bathroom is aging somewhat. It's not a truly luxury hotel but it's of a good standard. The staff was good willing. However, in my original room the broadband didn't work. I then switched to another room but found out that the remote control of the A/C was missing from the room ...... |

Après un séjour à l’hôtel, les clients de Booking.com remplissent un questionnaire et y expriment leur avis personnel lequel ne correspond pas forcément à celui de Booking.com.
