Hotel Beau Rivage  

ホテルのスタッフは皆とても親切です。施設自体の古さは否めませんが、清潔感でカバーされています。朝食も- フルーツが沢山ありパンもとてもおいしいです。ニヨンを拠点にあちこち動いたので計3回チェックインをしま- したが、空き部屋がある場合にはアップグレードしてくれました(レイクビューツイン→　スイート等)。乗り継ぎ便の到着遅延にもかかわらず、送迎シャトル(CHF100／1台7名まで：要予約)- はジュネーヴ空港で約1時間近く待っていてくれました。

基本はフランス語です。フロント以外での英語は厳しいです。

Good location, friendly staff, nespresso coffe machine in the room, large selection of fresh items for breakfast, free shuttle within Nyon from the hotel.

Rooms old fashioned with carpet although well maintained would need renovation

A very desirable period hotel, lovely building classic architecture, wonderfull lakeside views

Sadly for the hotel very few guests, but that was good for us The price was costly due to the very bad exchange rate for the 'Swissie' almost 1chf to the pound

The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was clean and the pillows were wonderful!

The elevator doesn't go to the 4th floor so it was difficult (not devistating!)with two bags and be aware of the bigger then normal step out of the shower.,

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for one week.we used it as a base to see Nyon , and also to go on the Ferry to see other places on the lake.we fell in love with Yvoire and spent a wonderful evening there and came Home on the last boat. That is what we called the hotel. It had everything we asked for and more. Anne

I loved the situation of the hotel and the view, also the staff were really nice and friendly, the breakfast was fine, served by smiling staff, couldnt ask for better. Also staff at reception were a credit to you and themselves.

Upgrade to lake view room... and the view is absolutely amazing.

The hotel and staff were very accomomdating to us and our one year son. Upon arrival we received a room upgrade and the extra space was very much appreciated. The infant cot and bedding provided were very clean. The hotel is in a fantastic location overlooking the lake with good access to Nyon. Daily complimentary chocolates left in the room were an extra treat!

Room service was not available on a Saturday or Sunday night. The room didn't have a kettle which we needed to heat baby bottles however the staff were more than happy to bring us hot water as necessary.

Very expensive - even from a UK perspective. CHF22 for a film!

Was greeted very nicely by staff and upgraded to the junior suite. It was spacious pf course but the lobby and dining/bar areas were the most luxurios and impressive.

Ordered very expensive room service and the meal was nothing special at all. The room was very old and outdated, although clean. Just makes me wonder what a normal room is like as I was in a suite...
