Nice breakfast and good location (close to the Gemmi tele-cabine) The staff was not friendly at all and I was very disappointed by the service and facilities for the cost of the room. There was an extra cost to use the sauna (20 CHF per person), which, in my opinion, for such an expensive room rate, should at the very least be an included service.

Pleasant rooms,clean. Hotel well situated, calm at night (after the hotel music stopped!) Web site not giving the correct information or prices for the services (no WIFI, sauna only with extra cost, parking 100% more expensive than declared). Unpleasant breakfeast service and waitress hardly speaks any international language. Synthetic bed covers. For 240.-/night (low season): far too expensive!

Location The owner (big German w/mustache) is more interested in packing his restaurant and beer then anythging else. He was also extremely rude to our wifes, so won;t be staying there again.

L'accueil très sympa avec un patron qui a bcp d'humour ! Nous a accompagné au parking pour nous faire bien parquer ! Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner bcp de choses et bcp de quantité ! Difficile de trop juger on a pas passe bcp de temps a l'hôtel ;)

Albergo pulito e grazioso. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Buona posizione, buon ristorante. Staff indisponente, rasente la maleducazione; nessuno tranne il proprietario parla inglese o francese o italiano. Siamo arrivati tardi causa bufera di neve e siamo stati accolti con molte lamentele sull'orario. Chiesto late check-out ed ottenuto risposta negativa. Password Wifi non funzionava e nessuno ci ha aiutati; alla fine abbiamo risolto da soli. La chiave della stanza non funzionava e non ne abbiamo ottenuta una funzionante per diverse ora. Il proprietario fuma nel ristorante dell'albergo in presenza degli ospiti.

J'ai été très étonné d'apprendre que le spa (sauna et bain turc) était payant 40.-- par personne et sur réservation ce qui est assez rare car ayant séjourné dans divers hotels à Loeche pour le même prix (Grichting Famille) les Spa sont très bien et compris dans le prix.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig. An der Reception und an der Bar wurde geraucht. Schlechte Verständigung mit dem Personal (Frühstücksraum). Als Booking-Reisende hatten wir ein Mini-Zimmer.
