The room was large and clean, the bathroom was large - with double sinks/hand-basins - and clean; sizeable balcony and reasonable view. It was realtively quiet apart from morning school and rubbish cart traffic! We arived at about 5.30pm and they were just about to close! They had no trace of our booking initially but then found it [reluctantly]. The man who checked us in didn't seem in the least bit pleased or interested to have to check us in. There was no bar and no restuarant open on the Monday evening [this was not advised on the web-site]; it was like the Marie Celeste! |

Nice and quiet hotel in a nice village. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Large room. We stayed only two nights and everything was fine. We didn't tested the restaurant and the sauna. |

La situation de l'hôtel, à quelques minutes des bains. Petit village de montagne, quasi pas de passage de voiture devant l'hôtel. Le calme de dehors. Un concert a eu lieu dans la salle du restaurant et la musique était forte, mon ami a eu du mal à s'endormir. Nous avons été accueillis par un monsieur et son pseudo humour a été particulièrement déplacé à notre goût. C'était peut-être de l'humour haut-valaisan? |

La proprete de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Le sauna est mis en service sur demande moyennant 40 CHF de supplément, la television est minuscule, le parking exterieur est payant. |

Mir hat gefallen, dass vom Hotel aus Restaurants, Seilbahn und auch Hallenbad innert 10 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar waren. Die Spinne im Hotelzimmer hat mir nicht gefallen. |

Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte Platz für unser Kinderreisebettchen. Die Better sind etwas zu kurz. Ich bin 1.82 und wenn man nicht gerade am Kopfende liegt, stossen die Füssen unten an die Bettwand. |

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le lit (sa grandeur etc.) ainsi que la tenure de la salle de bain et d'avoir un balcon donnant sur une vue magnifique. La décoration laisse vraiment à désirer. Le prix semble excessif par rapport à la prestation offerte. |

Das Hotel ist schlicht und einfach gehalten, so wie wir es erwartet haben. Wir waren mit unseren Kids unterwegs (3J., 1J.) und sehr zufrieden. Sehr gute Lage etwas abseits des Zentrums. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. |

Je suis consciente que dans une station de ski les chambres son chères. Mais dans cet hôtel, avec un accueil sans sourire et au départ, une machine pour payer en panne depuis 2 jours (sans nous avertir), je trouve que le prix est tout de même beaucoup trop élevé. Il manquait des petites choses, soit à la salle de bain, des endroits pour sécher les linges (vu qu'il y a des bains à Leukerbad!), un peu plus de goût dans la décoration des chambres et aussi un peu plus de finesse dans le buffet du petit déjeuner. Pour 240.00 la nuit, il me semble que l'n pourrait s'attendre à un peu plus de tout ! Sinon, le restaurant a l'air très sympathique. |

La poubele de la salle de bains pas vidée....et dans la douche encore des échantillons à moitié pleins. Pour une nuit ok, mais ils auraient pu faire un geste dans le prix. Resto: rognos de veau flambés: presque pas de rognons, beaucoup de champignos et flambé???? D'accord il y avait du monde, mais alors on dit: on ne peut pas faire, et 26. Voir commentaire ci-dessus.On peut recommender l'hôtel pour le cadre ou la grandeur des chambres, mais ce n'est pas donné vu que c'est un 3* |
