The food was very good, both at breakfast and with the half pension option that you can add for dinner every night. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us and we were very lucky to get a room upgrade to a beautiful apartment. Views from the rooms were stunning, it was also a good location to walk to everything in the village, including the ski school meeting point. |

the breakfast area is really nice as well as the spa area which allows you a good rest in the quiet room. The view from the room was fantastic (premium room) and the hotel is few steps away from the bus taking you to the ski slots. The room was a bit old fashion... Also if you have a car be aware that there is no free üparking nearby and the hotel proposes a parking for 12€ per night. |

Die Bedienung und die Freundlichkeit des Personals haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Karte für die Benutzung der Transportmittel fanden wir den Hit!! Das Badezimmer ist sehr schlecht beleuchtet. Da nutzt auch der sehr hoch aufgehängte Vergrösserungsspiegel nichts. Eine Duschmatte, zwar aus Hygienischen Gründen fraglich, doch iat die Rutschgefahr nicht zu unterschätzen. Dies als Typ, Wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen. |

La buona cucina, gli spazi per lo Sport e il relax, la ricca sala per Fitnesss, il panorama. La scarsa pulizia del bagno durante il soggiorno: pavimento non pulito, vasca non pulita, ( i capelli dove erano caduti sono rimasti fino a che non li ho tolti io) ho dovuto chiedere di portare una saponetta quando era finita. |

La qualité de la cuisine lors du dîner. Le service à table et la salle à manger ainsi que les salons. La vue depuis les chambres côté vallée. Chambres vieillottes et assez mal entretenues. L'hôtel offre des laissez- passer pour les remontées mécaniques en été (cf dépliants de l'office de tourisme). Or, personne ne vous en propose à votre arrivée et aucune indication à la réception. Un petite affiche peu visible à côté de l'ascenseur est supposée attirer votre attention. Buffet du petit déjeuner un peu mesquin. |

An der Resecpion wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Morgenbuffet war sagenhaft gut und vielfältig. Wir waren in einem Zimmer im Untergeschoss einquartiert und dieses Zimmer war nicht wirklich freundlich eingerichtet. Jedenfalls hätte ich dort keine ganze Woche verbringen wollen. Für eine Nacht war es aber i.O. |

Das Rauchfreies Restaurant war sehr angenehm zum Essen, die Mitarbeitenden waren ausnehmend freundlich. Das grosse Frühstücksbuffett war ebenfalls sehr gut. Im Restaurant war es am Abend unterträglich heiss, es konnte kein Fenster geöffnet werden. |

Morgenbuffet sehr gut. Zeitungsauswahl (für Schweizer Gäste) gut. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis, stimmt (auch in Hochsaison) nicht unbedingt. Badezimmereher karg, Dusche kläglich. |
