Run by Max Julen, the Olympic champion in Giant Slalom (Sarajevo 1984), the Hotel Beau Rivage can be found in the center of Zermatt, offering panoramic views of the Matterhorn. It has spa and fitness facilities including a whirlpool and a sauna, which are all free to use. Wired and wireless internet access is available in the entire Beau Rivage hotel free of charge. All rooms have a balcony. Right in front of the hotel there is a bus stop providing direct connections to the cable car up to the Matterhorn Ski Paradise. You can also reach Zermatt's main station in only 8 to 10 minutes by foot. From 8am to 7pm the hotel offers free transport services. We were pleasantly surprised at the Hotel Beau Rivage considering that I booked down to price (to be honest!). But this hotel was brilliant. Friendly staff, all facilities, great location, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place! Can not fault the place.

Good location for skiing (ski shuttle bus station in fornt of the hotel), friendly staff, good restaurant. Pick-up service from train station. Breakfast was OK, but the offer should be richer.

Location was ok. The manager of the hotel was very unfriendly and rude. It was promised that they shall drop us at the train station but they refused to do that at the time of check out.

Die Wellness-Anlage ist "schnuggelig" eingerichtet, das Zimmer war ok, das Bad klein, aber schön renoviert, was das Zimmer aufgewertet hat, aber teuer. Der Taxi-Service vom und zum Bahnhof war sehr gut und speditiv Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend Die Bademäntel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich musste mich für Warmwasser im Saunabereich einsetzen! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für ein 4* Garni dürftig.

推开窗就是马特洪峰，这种感觉太无敌了。尤其是坐在阳台的躺椅上对着马特洪峰喝着葡萄酒。真真太爽了。早餐- 也很丰盛。 如果你介意的话，一定记得跟酒店说清楚。因为有一排房间，阳台对着的是世界各国登山殉难者的墓地。
