Location Restaurant Breakfast Room size was good; bathroom size was good

Hotel staff very chilly - no warmth, no greeting, no tips on ideas or how, where to do things. No tips on room amenities (see below) or temparature controls (see below) Pillows were inadequate. When we asked for more, they were 'gone for the day' (10pm). In room refrigerator was on, but all contents were warm In room heaters were too hot and difficult to adjust to cool the room without opening the window. Outside < 0 degrees C, Inside > 25 degrees C. Charging 7 Francs for 10 min spa usage at a 300 Fr/day room is silly.

Very good location and Max Julen and his wife were very friendly and helpful hosts.

We were pleasantly surprised at the Hotel Beau Rivage considering that I booked down to price (to be honest!). But this hotel was brilliant. Friendly staff, all facilities, great location, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!

The manager of the hotel was very unfriendly and rude. It was promised that they shall drop us at the train station but they refused to do that at the time of check out.

good location for skiing(near busstop) and not far from center

If you need extra bed for child dont take standart room

Hotel très bien placé au centre de Zermatt, chambre charmante, petit déjeuner très soigné et personnel de l'Hotel très gentil...conseillé!!!

Отель отлично расположен. До центра города 100 метров. От ski room до остановки лыжного автобуса 20 метров. В одну сторону можно за три минуты доехать до Sunnega station, а в другую, еще быстрее, до Matterhorn Express. Из просторного сьюта (около 50 м2) на южной стороне отеля открывается классический вид на Маттерхорн. Шум улицы, реки и ресторана практически не слышен. В этом же здании расположен gourmet ресторан Max Julen: отличные блюда на гриле, прекрасное обслуживание и грамотная подача блюд, очень приличная винная карта. Ресторан считается одним из лучших в Церматте. Зал почти всегда был заполнен. Персонал отеля дружелюбен и эффективен. Мебель и оборудование исправны. Много просторных шкафов. Номер в хорошем состоянии

Американский завтрак простоват для четырех звезд, правда можно заказывать горячие блюда из яиц. Само помещение для завтрака расположено фактически на антресолях основного ресторана, который по утрам закрыт. Мало пространства, да и потолки низковаты. На наш вкус дизайн номера был несколько наивен, выбор мебели не совсем удачен. Но ни то ни другое не было критично для нашего отдыха в отеле

L'hotel é veramente stupendo e il personale é molto gentile. Qualità prezzo ottima!!! Lo consiglio a tutti.

Das Hotel läuft bei Booking.com unter Wellness. Wellness gibt es immer Sommer aber nur gegen Voranmeldung und der Wellnessbereich ist dann offenbar eher klein. Wir wollten ins Sprudelbad und bekamen die Rückmeldung für 4 Personen sei dies eher ungeeignet. Wir haben Wellness dann gelassen, zumal das Wetter doch sehr schön war.

Accueil très sympa avec présentation rapide de la station (plan - chemins de randonnées,...) Chambre impeccable et très confortable. Balcon Retour à la gare en voiture. Excellent séjour - rien à redire.
