清潔でシンプルなつくりで、立地条件もよく、大変快適に過ごせました。駅からの送迎も嬉しいサービスでした。 ほかのホテルと共同で建物を利用しているという情報が事前には把握できなかったので少々戸惑いました。 |

スタッフの皆さんは、一見無愛想ですがいろいろ親切に対応してくれました。子供連れのためか、当日部屋をグレードアップしてくれました。その部屋は、部屋とバスの双方に天窓があり室内も大きく明るいし、ベランダ側の窓からはマッターホルンが見事に見える最高の部屋でした。 |

ホテルの入口が少々わかりづらい。朝食に驚くかも知れないが、全体にスイスの朝食が質素である事を認識していれば問題ない。 各部屋の鍵が誰でも手の届く所にあった。外出する時には自己管理が必要。 |

部屋にベランダが付いていて、そこで椅子に座り山を眺めることができる。ﾎﾃﾙの横にある橋からマッターホルンが見えた。メイン通りにもすぐに出れるので良いと思います。 |

マッターホルンの見える部屋に宿泊しました。広さも充分。バルコニーからとてもきれいにマッターホルンが見られて感動しました。バルコニーに机とイスもあったので夜もそこでくつろげました。 |

An incredible place to stay. Great location with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Right in the center of Zermatt. Close to the gondolas and trains up the mountains. Great restaurant. Staff was very helpful. Free shuttle got us from and to the train station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. |

The rooms were lovely--spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and had a great views of the Matterhorn. The Julens are very cordial hosts. What your website doesn't mention is that his restaurant downstairs is truly superb. This hotel is a "perfect 10" as befits an Olympic champion! No complaints. |
